Trusted teacher: HipHop Depending on the level, each class will begin with a brief warm up consisting of grooves, isolations, stretching and basic co-ordination drills. Beginner classes tend to work on the above for the first half an hour of class, as well as adding cross floors, while more experienced classes may spend less time on the basics as dancers are expected to have this knowledge. HipHop classes are available in various levels with various instructors. All of my classes will learn choreography each class (with the exception of HipHop Foundation/Technique classes). HipHop Foundations & HipHop Technique Whether you are a brand new dancer looking to learn the basics or an experienced dancer wanting to perfect your technique, these are the classes where you will grow the most! Focusing on grooving, execution, texture, isolations as well as touching on various street styles such as, Waving, Locking, improvisation, tools and more Teaching about musicality, rhythm and co-ordination, grooves and super funky moves! also progress the awareness of the body this short-term program is perfect for any dancer wanting to get an early start to their dance training! Breakdance Each class is divided into age groups and will begin as an 'open level' option until we can better determine the levels of dancers within the classes. We will focus on the foundation of breakdance and learn things such as, toprock, downrock, six-step, c-c and touch on freezes and power moves as the class level progresses. Improvisation` This course is designed for anyone curious about the practice of improvisation. Dancers and non- dancers alike are welcome. The skills developed in this class are applicable to any creative process as well as to everyday life. In this class we engage in exercises and improvisational structures to heighten our awareness, broaden our individual movement vocabulary and develop our skills in instant composition. The class also introduces basic partnering skills and often involves optional performance opportunities. This is a dynamic class that fosters both the ability to work in ensemble as well as strengthening the individual’s personal aesthetics and movement style. Dance improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement. Development of improvised movement material is facilitated through a variety of creative explorations including body mapping through levels, shape and dynamics schema. ... Trusted teacher: My lessons are flexible and built on over 6 years of experience — and thousands of classes taught. I tune into the needs and rhythms of each student and adapt my sessions accordingly. Over time, I have refined a teaching approach that is both structured and intuitive, based on breath, body awareness, and alignment. My classes are dynamic, precise, and revitalizing. Regular and mindful practice helps strengthen the body, improve mobility, relieve chronic tension (such as lower back or joint pain), and correct posture. Breathing and relaxation techniques are always integrated to regulate the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and openness. I periodically assess your progress so that your practice evolves smoothly and effectively. After a few sessions, you will feel lighter, more centered, and more connected to your body. I have had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings: • at home and online, • in companies, where I have delivered many weekly classes, • abroad (notably in Lisbon and on a Mediterranean cruise ship), • and at yoga festivals, where I have led classes with over 300 participants. In 2023–2024, I deepened my practice in Mysore, India, under the direct guidance of R. Sharath Jois, a leading figure in Ashtanga Yoga. Since 2023, I am also certified in Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC Level 3, London), which allows me to better understand body mechanics and offer complementary care off the mat. And in 2024, I completed a certified training as a fitness coach, which has profoundly enriched and structured my yoga teaching — with greater postural precision, a more nuanced understanding of the body in motion, and increased attention to each person’s physical progress. Teaching is a vocation for me — I would be delighted to support you on your yoga journey with a consistent, safe, and enriching practice.

We are very pleased to have Megan guide us on our weekly yoga journey. Megan is a highly professional and talented yoga instructor. She provided us with sequences that can be performed by everyone while seated in an office environment. Every session was different and exciting and Megan never hesitated to incorporate any of our suggestions/wishes.
