We communicate as much as possible in English; I help you find the right words and improve, and I send you the daily vocabulary at the end of the session. This Portuguese course for foreigners is designed to help students communicate confidently in real-life situations in Brazil or with Portuguese speakers around the world. Classes are personalized according to your goals, whether you need Portuguese for travel, work, academic purposes or daily communication. My teaching method follows a communicative approach, focusing on speaking from the very first lesson while building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Lessons include conversation practice, listening activities, reading, writing exercises and cultural insights about Brazil. I use authentic materials such as videos, news articles and practical dialogues to make learning dynamic and engaging. Each class is structured but flexible, allowing adjustments according to your progress and needs.

The course will consist of studying the French language in order to be able to talk about oneself, ask questions and hold a conversation. I will integrate conjugation, French grammar and pronunciation exercises into my course according to the student's needs and desires. The course structure will be organized according to the student's needs and what they wish to work on. I will adapt it to each individual taking the course.

Through my experience as a secondary school teacher, I have come to realise that the acquirement of a language goes beyond just having another skill. Languages give students an opportunity to understand another culture and build respect and awareness as an individual. Equally, being an individual who enjoys immersing themselves in other cultures, I believe it is extremely beneficial to make use of out of classroom learning experiences, especially in language learning. I look at creating engaging and interactive lessons in which students are consistently exposed to the spoken language to promote their confidence and create a safe environment in which they can explore the language without fear. On the other hand, as an individual who grew up bilingual, I feel that the inclusion of students whom English is not their first language is extremely important.
