Work with an experienced teacher / life coach who has supported many students from all across the world to feel more confident, more authentic, stronger and happier by learning how to overcome limiting situations - be it a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, professional, personal or social limitations. As a yoga and meditation teacher with 14 years of experience and a deep passion for healing modalities that really work, such as energy clearing, acupressure, homeopathy, ego clearing - I've many skills that I enjoy sharing with those who work with me to overcome challenges. As a Management Consultant in the Corporate sector for 16 years, I've coached many people to become more effective communicators, leaders, and happier people. The aim of working with me is to grow stronger, to become more aware of what's causing the limitation. To create a change in perspective through activities that grow the authentic consciousness that's already within you - so you feel empowered enough to overcome the limitation through increased joy, strength and happiness. Each class is tailored to the student's requirements - it could consist of life coaching, leadership coaching, yoga, meditation, energy clearing, acupressure, art therapy or something else that's more appropriate. I generally work with a student for 4 - 6 weeks, with a single class per week. The student has daily homework to do in-between classes to assist with the transformation that will be energetically occurring when working with me. In these sessions, we will focus on: Bollywood Basics:Learning foundational steps, exploring trending songs, and practicing fun choreographies that bring out the expressive and vibrant side of Bollywood. Semi-Classical Fusion:Blending the elegance of classical Indian dance (drawing from my Kathak background) with modern movements to create soulful, graceful routines. Personalized Learning:Each class is tailored to the students’ pace and style. You’ll get individual attention, guidance on posture, expressions, and movements, as well as the freedom to suggest your favorite songs for choreography. Performance Focus:Building confidence to perform, whether in casual settings, stage shows, or even for socA little about me: I have been dancing on stage since the age of 3 and have grown up performing in countless school events, stage shows, and professional programs. I hold a degree in Kathak classical dance and have been trained to balance both technical precision and expressive storytelling. Alongside live performances, I also create dance content for YouTube and Instagram, where I choreograph and share routines that combine traditional and contemporary styles. Dance has been my lifelong passion, and I am excited to share this journey with you. Class Details: Who can join?
