About Me

Wiktoria Grześ is a multidisciplinary creative: choreographing, performing and teaching. She has 5+ years of experience in teaching and facilitating space for various age groups and ability levels. Wiktoria has a 1st class degree in Dance: Urban practice from University of East London. She has trained with various leading dance practitioners in the UK and performed with companies such as Myself UK Dance and Boy Blue. Wiktoria specialises in Polish Folk dance styles, Hip Hop, Funk and Street Dance styles. She has successfully created and showcased her Hip Hop dance theatre piece which fused Polish Folk dance and Hip Hop at 2022 Breakin’ Convention’s Open Art Surgery. Wiktoria has recently performed with Lenny Kravitz at the 2024 UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show by Pepsi.

As a professional dancer and a rhythmic gymnast I have been stretching most of my life. Flexibility and mobility are crucial parts of exercises that should be considered daily in our lives. In my classes we will explore a variety of stretches and each day we will focus on different muscle groups to make sure we are not over-stretching but stretching enough to see quick results. After a few days/weeks you we be able to see and for sure feel a difference in your body.

Benefits of teaching in person is that I can analyse your flexibility more clearly and accurately, and can also correct you if needs be to make sure you are stretching the right muscles and avoid injuries.

My name is Vanessa and I am an actress, teacher and producer currently based in London, United Kingdom.

As well as training and performing within the Theatre industry since 2011, I have also taught art disciplines such as acting, singing and dance and dance fitness from the ages of 3 upwards. Some of my performance credits include, Motown The Musical, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Hairspray and Legally Blonde to name a few.

For those that have a keen passion for entering into the Theatre industry, I am able to use my experience to offer professional training across all disciplines and help equip them with tools needed to thrive as a performer.

Similarly, for those that enjoy the arts as an extra curricular hobby/space to express themselves creatively, I take pride in holding a creative self space to help my students to unlock self confidence, self belief and their broader imagination as well as strengthening skills such as teamwork, singing, dancing and acting.

This class explores Laban fundamentals to develop movement ability and application, providing an understanding of the influential movement system and how it can enhance your physicality and performance. We can work on a full understanding of the Laban system or actor movement coaching for specific work. Extensive experience teaching with organisations such as LSDA and Central School of Speech and Drama.

I offer a variety of tools to build confidence in your dance practice.

My class explores a choreographic style of contemporary dance with clear influences from Cunningham technique and my recent expirience working with Jason Mabana. The work will challenge your coordination, rhythm, attention to detail and demostrate a contemporary application of classical teachnical forms, but all through explorative and original material.

The class is structured like any other technical class, each exercise desinged to methodicaly warm up and work the body, building on the previous exercises, before culminating in a longer choreography where we can pull everything together and just have a boogie.

I can tailor the work to each student however I would reccomend having some technical expirience, classical or contemporary.

I will find out what your goals are first and then curate a plan to reach those goals. No matter what level you are at or even if you've never danced before, I will be able to unlock your inner skills and make you feel more confident in your abilities.
