My teaching is based on a strong classical tradition combined with an individualized approach to each student’s goals, abilities, and musical interests. I received my classical musical education in Russia, Israel, and the United States, and I hold a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) degree in Violin Performance. My background includes extensive performance experience, advanced conservatory training, and professional study with renowned violin teachers. In my lessons, we work on violin technique, sound production, intonation, musicality, repertoire, interpretation, and performance skills. I also offer preparation for music examinations, auditions, competitions, recitals, and other performances. Whether you are beginning your violin journey, preparing for an important exam or audition, or looking to develop your playing to a professional level, I will help you build a strong technical foundation and become a more confident and expressive musician. Every student picks up the violin for a different reason — some want to finally play the piece they've always loved, others are preparing for a conservatory audition, and many are simply curious and want to see where the instrument takes them. Lessons here start from that goal, not from a fixed method: a hobbyist and a future professional need very different things, and the plan adjusts as progress happens. The core focus is classical technique — posture, bow control, intonation, and musical phrasing — built on training from some of the most respected names in the violin world today, including masterclasses with Olivier Charlier, Marc Danel, and Sarah Kapustin. Chamber music and orchestral playing are a particular strength, drawn from active experience performing in string quartets and symphony orchestras, so students preparing for ensemble playing or exams get guidance that comes from real stage experience, not just theory. The trial lesson is relaxed and low-pressure: it's mainly about listening, watching how you already play (or, if you're a complete beginner, how you hold the instrument), and understanding what you want to get out of lessons. From there, the first few real lessons focus on solid fundamentals — a comfortable, sustainable technique from day one prevents bad habits later. Regular short practice between lessons matters far more than long, occasional sessions, and having a well-adjusted instrument (even a modest one) makes that daily practice much easier — advice on setup and equipment is always part of the conversation if needed. Behind the teaching is a violinist who recently finalized Master's degree in Classical Music Performance at Codarts Rotterdam under Gordan Nikolic and Goran Gribajcevic with highest marks, following a Bachelor's degree from the Conservatorio Superior de les Illes Balears. Teaching experience runs alongside an active performing career — including work as an academic with the Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears and as a member of a professional string quartet — so lessons stay grounded in what actually works on stage. Classes are available in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

I’m a 22yo Italian violinist based in Vienna and I’m currently studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz (KUG). I have been giving violin lessons to children aged 5 and over for 5–6 years, and I have also taken part in music projects in primary schools in Bologna! From beginner to professional musician, from the practice room to the concert hall—I understand both the challenges and the magic of learning music! I have a BMus 1st Class (Hons) in Violin from the Royal Northern College of Music and over 10 years of experience working as a freelance violinist. Previously, I’ve worked in both school and private settings, including for both MAPAS (Salford Music Service) and Wigan Music Service. I was also a co-founder of the Manchester Violin School. I perform regularly with various ensembles and orchestras, including the Cassia String Quartet and Rylands String Quartet, in both classical and more popular settings. The focus is on natural, economical movements, a reliable technical foundation, and above all, the question: How does technique actually become music? Depending on the goal, we work on bowing technique, intonation, sound, position changes, vibrato, coordination, repertoire, interpretation, performance preparation, or on making one's own practice more efficient. Beginners need no prior knowledge. Advanced students can bring specific pieces, technical problems, or goals. Lessons are individually tailored instead of following a rigid standard program. Lessons are available in my studio in Hannover-Südstadt or online, in German or English. The first hour is designed to get to know your current situation, your goals, and a sensible way forward.

Private Piano & Violin & Music Theory Lessons: I teach private Piano and Violin lessons as well as Music Theory. (For traditional fiddle playing i offer only the basics for beginners) Why should someone choose me? I have a passion for European classical music and I enjoy teaching people of all ages. I am a senior violinist and a graduate of conservatory studies in piano instrument playing and have been involved with both instruments for almost two decades. I'm currently in the process of getting a degree in violin instrument playing which I'll probably get by the next year, I hold a diploma in conservatory studies in piano instruments playing with a perfect grade and with a diploma award and a open jury commendation and have also in the past taken part in piano competitions. I hold a conservatory degree in harmony and counterpoint and fugue all with a grade of excellent from a recognized conservatory and I am now involved in composition having completed all the other higher theoretical courses. In my second leve education i have graduated from the Ilion Music School with a high school diploma, and I have 6+ years of long-term studies at the Department of Music Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
