I learned about cosmic energy and the Law of Attraction around 10 years ago, and have heard and seen the impact that loving what you have, and the power of gratitude can do for your own self worth. In this session I can go over my learnings, and introduce some of the Law of Attraction Practitioner work that is of interest to many students who want to learn more about the LOA! In 2012 i had no money and was sent to work in Ireland for a few days with my work, knowing I had cars booked, hotels booked, meals booked in the hotel, I didnt need cash - but I was nervous about the trip, and when I arrived in Cork, I drove to the site I was meeting other renewable energy professionals. I was first at the conference centre, and noticed there was a small cafe/bar adjacent - so I went over to talk to the cafe worker and was asked if I would like anything- so I said 'Yes, please, a latte would be lovely' and I strolled off while the coffee was made for me. It was only then that I realised ' I have no money'... how could I pay for the coffee... I let my mind drift to a book I had been reading on the plane journey that morning; how affirmations can be as simple as manifesting the smallest thing to come to be; ' I am so happy and grateful that I have been provided with this free coffee'... 'Im so sorry' I said to the cafe worker; ' I haven't any pounds or euros! Just cancel that order.' 'Thats fine' she replied, 'as we have been asked to provide teas and coffees for everyone as part of the conference. Believe to receive! This was my introduction, and that whole journey to Ireland opened my eyes and mind, to the power of LOA. I look forward to sharing with you some background, some stories and some key learnings to practice LOA - from health to relationships, hobbies and work to being financially rewarded - all while introducing you to 'Nothing Soup' the book I wrote to help me to understand how cosmic energy works in our lives.

Learning mindfulness is an important piece in any life. It helps us to learn coping skills that will be able to integrate as they develop. This class introduces the practice of mindfulness, movement, visualization and expression. Mindfulness is practicing the ability to cultivate moment-to-moment awareness of an individuals experience and present circumstances. This class includes an active yoga practice, breathing strategies, exercise and a drawing activity for ages 6-10 years old. We believe that practicing mindfulness is a life skill as well as an academic skill. This evidence based approach of learning brings an increased development of focus, self-awareness, empathy and coping skills. This class consists of 3 building blocks of information to fully allow the child to fully engage and retain. We look forward to seeing you in class!

From my professional experience, many couples think they are ready to take on the responsibility of marriage when they get engaged. Marriage could be a wonderful stage in the life of the couple, but if they do not have the necessary tools to deal with the challenges that arise, it could be traumatic. This is why as a helping professional, I highly recommend couples who want to get married to take pre-marital classes before taking that big step in life. These classes are aimed at all those couples in the courtship stage who wish to prepare to take the big step towards marriage. In it, topics of great importance such as: Trust, communication, commitment, intimacy, passion, sexuality, economy and finance, among many other topics of great importance in a marriage relationship, will be touched upon.

Through my course, you will be put to the test but at the end of this course you will have the answer to these following questions. What do you want in life? What don't you want in your life? And above all, who are you as a person? Everything that will be said or written in the exchanges will remain strictly confidential. It's about building a life project with my interlocutor. Give him the tools, tips, listening he needs. Allow him by himself to accomplish his own change. Give him a goal that he himself has determined for his life. Let him determine for himself what are his priorities and the means to accomplish this objective. May he be able to overcome his own obstacles on his own.

In this class we will discuss self-talk/ self-awareness. 1. Activity: Observing your own self-talk ( 6 scenario type questions) 2. Story:" Choosing your own BFF (Best Friend Forever)" by Renaye Thornborrow- This story has animal characters that explain what self-talk is by using examples and other information. 3. Activity: Let's Talk- Discussion questions about the story. 4. Powerpoint- Notes and tips about self-talk that explains the next two activities. 5. Activity: Power-shifting negative self-talk- Different scenarios that has a negative self-talk response and you turn it into a positive response. 6. Activity: Mirror Mantra- Make up your own mirror mantra to help you with positive self-talk. I will provide an explanation what it is and give examples.
