Feeling good with your body and listening to it, understanding where the sound comes from and how to produce it, learning the basics and how to read the notes and the score, learning tricks and daily exercises without the instrument to help you develop your agility and muscles, playing together duets to get closer to the chamber music world and to learn how to listen and collaborate with others. Folk music is also an interesting way through which we can get closer to the instrument and the music world, playing traditional dances from different countries and discovering different music languages. Warming-up and taking care of our body is part of a musician's life (beginner, amateur or professional) and it is important to prevent injuries and muscle pain. Hello! I use different learning methods depending on the profile of each student. In all cases, I transmit a real working method that will be useful for your entire life as a musician! I usually divide the course into 2 parts, with a more technical part (warming up the hand and working on left hand agility, small exercises on the problems you might encounter), and a more musical part with the pieces. If you don't know how to read scores, I can also teach music theory or use an auditory learning method! I also often suggest playing in a duet, because music is above all a sharing :) My teaching experience is varied: I have taught very young beginners (4 years old) and less young, and I also take care of the improvement of more advanced students! I also offer support in addition to courses at conservatories for example.
