I am a classical musician with over 15 years of professional experience, both in Portugal and abroad. My main instrument is the Transverse Flute, but I also teach: the Piccolo, the Traverso and the Recorder. I am available to teach students of all ages and levels, either at my Music Studio in Queluz or at the student's. I also have a transverse flute for newbie students to try out. As a teacher, the goal of each lesson is for the student to gradually feel more comfortable with their instrument, continually working on the relationship between the two. To achieve this goal, we will work equally on the Technical and Musical components. Greater technical mastery of the instrument will allow students to express and develop their musicality as freely as possible. Each student will have lessons adapted to his needs and objectives, being that the basic premise of my teaching technique is the pleasure of making music. I did my academic studies in the following establishments: - Geneva University of Music (Master in Musical Interpretation) - Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master in Music) - Lisbon School of Music (License in Music) - School of Music of the National Conservatory in Lisbon

In my classes I take the following points: Recognize the level you are at. Know your goals. Adapt the material to the level and/or objectives set. Work on it in class and with well-planned tasks. Enjoy the process :) Progress! The classes are aimed at students/lovers of music in general and of the transverse flute or piccolo. I have worked since with children who have begun to put the mouthpiece in their mouths as well as with people preparing tests for the conservatory.

Hello, my name is Pia and I'm a flautist. :) I started learning the flute at the age of 8. I loved it right away, so after music school, I continued my studies at the conservatory in Maribor (Slovenia). I then studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. In 2024, I completed my bachelor's degree at the Gustav Mahler Private University in Klagenfurt. There, I earned a degree in concert performance and a degree in instrumental pedagogy. During my studies, I also completed a specialization course in early music, majoring in transverse flute. Therefore, I also offer lessons for beginners on this beautiful baroque instrument. During my studies, I had several private students with whom I explored the sounds of the flute and various genres (classical, pop, jazz, folk music, improvisation, etc.). My lessons are relaxed and communicative, full of collaborative music-making. Classes can also take place online. Beginners are just as welcome as those who want to deepen their knowledge or start playing the flute again after some time! :)

Transverse flute classes. All ages from 7 to 107 years old! Recorder and/or piano lessons for beginners too! I was principal flute at the National Philharmonic Orchestra in Warsaw (Poland) and have over 45 years of experience teaching repertoire, solo, chamber music and orchestra. Over the years I have developed my method of Conscious Flute Playing, which has allowed me and my students to make the flute sing as we wish. Thanks to this we can learn music theory passively as we go through the pieces. There is also the opportunity to participate in student concerts in Brussels twice a year (December and June). Intensive courses before entering the conservatory, competitions etc. also available on request!

I am a professional flutist with over 5 years of experience in teaching. I have worked with people aged 5 to 75 and taught in five different languages: English, German, Ukrainian, Polish, and French. I hold a pedagogical qualification from the Academy of Music in Krakow, where I obtained a Master's degree with distinction in flute performance. Recently, I graduated from the Conservatoire Royal de Liège, where I earned a specialized Master's degree in flute and piccolo. With my help, my students have become first prize winners in competitions like the renowned "Jugend musiziert" in Germany. They have also prepared for playing in youth orchestras such as Das Bayerische Landesjugendorchester or worked on repertoire for different kinds of concerts. As a teacher, I am very flexible and always strive to adapt to the needs of my students. I am passionate about the flute and music in general, and I greatly enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.

Flute lessons with a qualified music pedagogue and concert flutist, teaching successfully for more than 30 years and having guided over 200 pupils and students. My lessons are always tailored to the individual and designed flexibly. While we refine technique, I place great importance on making music joyful and fulfilling. We play together, develop listening skills, and strengthen artistic expression. Step by step, my students grow with the instrument. Everyone is welcome: complete beginners (even without the ability to read music yet), advanced players, and professionals who are preparing for diplomas. I also enjoy working with those returning to the flute after many years away. Group playing is also part of my teaching – always voluntary, of course – for example in duos, trios, or quartets.

Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style. Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.
