As a frequent jury member, I can tell you that we look beyond physical abilities; we see how you think and the knowledge your teachers have imparted. Expressiveness, coordination, and musicality are skills that can be learned, not just innate talents. My students consistently become competition laureates. You will learn: 1. Expressiveness: Maximizing your expressive potential, especially in adagio. 2. Coordination: Enhancing your movement coordination. 3. Musicality: Developing a deep connection to the music. This workshop includes personalized recommendations for your unique style. The Master Class Consists of 5 Lessons: 1. Assessment: Evaluate your current level. 2. Expressiveness:Techniques to enhance your expressiveness. 3. Coordination: Methods to improve your coordination. 4. Musicality: Strategies to deepen your musicality. 5. Application: Practical tips for applying these skills in variations. These classes are recommended for those with at least three years of experience. If you have any questions, feel free to write. Trusted teacher: Learn the fundamentals of the Yoga tradition and deepen your practice! Find balance, well-being and peace within yourself. Increase your knowledge and skills in: - Asana (physical postures), for better strength, flexibility and mobility - Pranayama (or breathwork), to cultivate a more calm nervous system - Meditation, for a deeper sense of connection with yourself - Philosophy, for a broader view of the world and a stronger sense of direction in your own life path I am trained in different styles of Yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as well as Sound Healing Therapy and Ayurvedic Massage. Through these tools I guide and help my students to create a practice that best serves their own particular needs, whether that be to find more physical balance, mental clarity or emotional healing. I come from a scientific background, specifically Physics and Mathematics, and Yoga came into my life out of this need to self regulate and further understand the Universe and my place in it. I feel that these two areas complement each other very well. I try to by precise and methodical, allowing the subjectivity of each one's experience to come to the surface, welcoming it and using it to explore our own reality. Everyone is unique, with a certain life path, a specific set of desires, needs and difficulties and my goal is to help you by meeting you where you are and guiding you to where you want to go, giving you the tools to know yourself better and build a practice that works for you. Yoga is a very broad tradition and there are multiple ways to achieve the Yoga state. By working together we can find out what works best for you and in a particular phase of your life and expand on that. Yoga has certainly given me the foundation to relax when I feel overwhelmed, to know my body and mind and thus walk towards healing them of past traumas, and find spiritual connection and light when the world feels a little bit darker. Trusted teacher: Accustomed to teaching in very different contexts (University, companies, associations, individuals), I adapt my teaching to the specific profile of the learner, taking into account their wishes (type of practice) and objectives (performance, health, etc.), their physical characteristics and abilities (height, weight) and their state of health (age, functional limitations), and finally, their motivation (workload they are ready to assume in class and in personal work). As a rigorous and dedicated teacher, I believe that if a student isn't progressing sufficiently, it's because the teaching approach isn't suitable. Therefore, it's essential to create a learning environment that is serious, inspiring, engaging, and so on, depending on the needs of each student. The diverse environments and student populations I've taught have taught me this. And then there's the matter of providing resources as needed: whether it's theoretical texts or customized educational videos, the modern world offers us an endless array of tools! As for kung fu itself, it is particularly well-suited for growing children because it helps to structure the body, which is very beneficial from an anatomical and biomechanical standpoint, especially given the body's rapid development. Furthermore, its forms (taolu, or martial arts choreography) greatly develop coordination, balance, dexterity, spatial awareness, and other transferable skills applicable to a wide range of activities, thus contributing significantly to the psychomotor development of children, adolescents, and young adults. This does not exclude older individuals, but their psychomotor development is more mature, while that of younger people is still developing; therefore, kung fu is highly structured. Another important benefit is cultivating one's relationship with strength. Strength is obviously necessary in any physical activity: building strength is, in fact, the first step in traditional training. One discovers how to mobilize this resource, generate it in different parts of the body, and transfer it to the target. Then, gradually, one arrives at more refined expressions and uses, more respectful of the logic of the human body. In Chinese terms, it's about moving from li (brute force resulting from the voluntary use of muscles) to jing (kinetic energy, derived from movement, whatever its origin, which one learns to channel). All of this seems very cold and serious, and it is, because kung fu transforms you profoundly. However, nothing prevents you from having fun: I also promise you joy, good humor, and lightheartedness, because that's in my nature.

Our 7 year old son started much better with Verónica than with previous swimming instructors. Verónica made him highly focused for one hour but also served a good dose of amusement! She patiently corrected his technique, and well balanced the long 60 minutes pushing to his limits but without over-stressing. Full hope that our son catches up soon on the progress lost during last two years. He is highly motivated and looking forward to the next session. Adding to that, Verónica seems to be a pleasant, interesting, flexible and reliable person. I would recommend everybody to book an hour with her!

I’m a beginner, I’ve started doing fitness at home and care about my health 2 years ago. I’ve now just started training with Anna. She is very professional and passionate about fitness in general. High personal skills and she understand pretty quickly your strenght and weakness. She gave me advices also on my postural issue and she will on my nutrition. Recommended!
