Hi, I'm Carla, a certified instructor with training in Yoga, Pilates & Meditation with 5 years of teaching experience. I teach multiple styles of Yoga; Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Kundalini & Yin Yoga. My mission with my teachings is creating a healthy lifestyle for my students that will make them physically and mentally feeling stronger and more balanced in daily life.
