My approach integrates methods from psychological counseling, mindfulness coaching, and solution-focused communication. I also draw on concepts from systemic and hypnosystemic counseling, as well as organizational and communication psychology. A particular focus of my work is the combination of mindfulness, resource orientation, humor, lightness, and depth. I believe that personal growth becomes more sustainable when self-awareness, compassion, and a sense of ease are part of the process. My qualifications include certifications in Psychological Counseling and Mindfulness Coaching (ILS), a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the NHL Stenden University, as well as international specializations in Inspirational Coach and Leader at the Universitas Triatma Mulya and Mindful Leadership at Stenden Thailand. I dedicated over six years to martial arts, particularly jujitsu and MMA, where I learned the importance of technique, perseverance, and mental strength. Simultaneously, I spent over five years training in gyms, developing detailed fitness and nutrition programs. This experience not only allowed me to improve my own performance but also to support and guide those around me in their fitness goals, offering advice and encouragement. To broaden my sporting horizons, I played volleyball and badminton for two years, and I participated in CrossFit training, which I found stimulating due to its intensity and variety. These different sports allowed me to develop my agility, coordination, and teamwork skills. Today, I am passionate about surfing, a sport that combines physical endurance, balance, and a deep connection with nature. It constantly pushes me to surpass myself and reminds me of the joy of learning and progressing. With several years of experience in martial arts, fitness, and nutrition, I support individuals who want to adopt healthy and sustainable habits. In these classes we focus on unblocking the body to have more energy and develop the relationship between mind and body. These are not fitness classes, the idea is not to sweat or stop thinking but to start directing attention towards the development of self-observation to live lifeore wholly In these sessions we focus on the physical aspect of yoga, which is called asana. Asana literally means "seat", so the purpose of the classes is to practice achieving a state of stillness and comfort, both physically and mentally. Traditionally, this practice was done to develop the ability to sit comfortably in a posture for an extended period of time to meditate. In the 90 min classes we end with a body consciousness practice that helps the body understand that it can be relaxed and attentive at the same time. This part is done lying on a yoga mat or rug and one tends to lose body heat. If you tend to be cold, I recommend using a blanket and comfortable, warm clothing. We will co-create the classes. What I know and what your body needs must go hand in hand. It is very important that you notify me of medical, physical and psychological conditions that you have and have had. Nobody knows your body better than you. If you feel the call, don't hesitate! Yoga is a philosophy and discipline originating in India, where it is understood as the science of good living. The word comes from the Sanskrit "yug" which means to unite, and the different physical, mental and emotional practices that compose it have the purpose of uniting individual consciousness with universal consciousness through mastery of body and mind.

I offer ballet and contemporary dance classes for children, teenagers, and adults — from beginners to advanced dancers. My teaching combines the precision of classical ballet with the freedom, musicality, and fluidity of contemporary dance. Technique, body awareness, and artistic expression are equally important in my classes. I aim to create a safe and inspiring space where each student can develop confidence, discover their own movement quality, and grow both physically and creatively. In addition to technical training, I also incorporate improvisation, floorwork, stretching, and choreographic exploration. With international stage experience in Europe and Japan, I bring both professional structure and creative openness to my teaching.
