About Me
I have always been interested in languages and different cultures.Ever since I am a teenager, I try to get chances to live and experience in different countries with different cultures. I have lived in South East Asian for half a year, then New Zealand for 6 years, Australia for 3 years, and right now I am in France. The journey does not end here!
Because of my own experience, I very well understand the struggles with languages or being an expat in a different country. I took as my mission in life, as well as helping people who are similar-minded to achieve similar goals.
I also love sports - yoga, rock climbing, alpinism, and trail running.
I have developed a range of cross-training programmes for people who would like to discover new things or actually using a language to learn something else.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series (also known as the First Series or Yoga Chikitsa) means yoga therapy. When practiced regularly, heals all sickness and purifies your body in preparation for more profound Yogic practice - both physical and meditative.
Ashtanga Yoga is a definite sequence of various Hatha Yoga Asanas or poses coupled with a particular set of breathing techniques called ‘Ujjayi Pranayama.’ This sequence was developed by the famous Hatha Yoga Master of the 20th century - Yogi K Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is an ancient Hatha yoga text known as ‘Yoga Korunta.’ This ancient yoga series is practiced with synchronized breathing techniques (Vinyasa) that promote ‘flow of breathe’ in the asana or pose practice. Together, this is called Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Style.
During the course, you will receive a workshop focused on alignment and adjustment techniques for the main postures of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series and a few other more advanced postures if you wish. It will be focusing on the Asana (the physical aspects of poses). 🌸🌳🌹
I'll also try to cover as much of Pranayama (breathing) and Dristhi (where to look at) as possible.
I passionately believe in the significance of discovery and experience on the development of your unique personal voice.

Yoga is often recommended as a beneficial practice for relieving anxiety and stress. It combines gentle physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation, which can help calm the mind and relax the body. Here are some reasons why yoga might benefit you:
Stress management: Yoga encourages increased awareness of your breathing and body, which can help reduce stress levels and promote relaxation.
Improved breathing: Yoga emphasizes deep, mindful breathing techniques, which can help regulate your nervous system and reduce anxiety.
Body Strengthening: Yoga postures (asanas) can improve strength, flexibility and balance, which contributes to better overall physical health.
Mental focus: Practicing yoga requires concentration and presence of mind, which can help you detach yourself from anxious thoughts and refocus on the present moment.
Community and support: Joining a yoga class can connect you with others who share similar concerns and provide additional social support.
It is important to note that everyone is different and methods of relieving anxiety may vary. If you are considering starting yoga, I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor or therapist, to discuss your specific situation and get advice tailored to your needs.

The Role of Yoga in Cardiac Health
The position of yoga in cardiac health is increasingly diagnosed and appreciated for its holistic approach to improving cardiovascular well-being. right here are a few key components of how yoga can advantage cardiac health:
Blood stress management: Yoga and relaxation techniques, together with deep respiratory and meditation, can assist in reducing strain levels. lowering pressure can, in flip, reduce blood pressure, which is a sizable chance aspect for coronary heart disease.
cholesterol and Lipid Profile improvement: Studies have shown that everyday yoga practice can lead to a decrease in serum cholesterol levels, triglycerides, and unfastened fatty acids. those upgrades in lipid profiles contribute to a healthier cardiovascular gadget.
Blood Glucose control: Yoga and conscious respiration sporting activities can also help modify blood glucose stages, which is essential for people with diabetes or those susceptible to developing diabetes, as out-of-control blood sugar can contribute to heart troubles.
Weight management: Yoga may be a powerful tool for weight management. ordinary yoga exercise, blended with a balanced weight-reduction plan, can assist individuals in maintaining a healthy frame weight. obesity is a chance component for heart disorders, so weight control is crucial for cardiac fitness.
bodily fitness: The physical postures (asanas) in yoga assist in improving flexibility, power, and standard physical health. A more potent, extra flexible frame can better support heart fitness and typical well-being.
stress discount: Chronic pressure is known to have detrimental outcomes on the heart. Yoga promotes rest and decreases pressure through techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and deep respiratory sporting events. this will make contribute to better cardiac health by lowering the impact of stress-associated hormones on the frame.
efficiency and well-being: As you mentioned, yoga can enhance one's overall performance and experience of well-being. Feeling physically and mentally nice can positively affect cardiac fitness by using promoting a fine outlook and inspiring healthier lifestyle choices.
As a part of a complete technique for cardiac health, a wholesome weight loss plan, rich in fruits, vegetables, complete grains, and lean proteins, can supplement the blessings of yoga and support cardiovascular wellness.
Consistency and commitment: Normal and regular yoga exercise is prime to reaping the blessings. It calls for commitment to at least one's health and faith within the process. Over time, people may also enjoy upgrades in their cardiac fitness and a standard experience of well-being.
In conclusion, yoga plays a precious function in promoting cardiac health by using addressing bodily, mental, and religious aspects of properly being. Combining yoga with a heart-wolesome food plan and making a dedication to everyday practice can be a powerful manner to manage and improve cardiovascular health. however, it is vital to discuss with a healthcare expert earlier than starting any new exercise or dietary regimen, mainly when you have current cardiac problems or fitness issues.
This will be a tailor-made class for you!

Science , Chemistry, Biology ,Public Health and Health BasicsOnce upon a time, I found science, math and health courses a bit tricky, just like you might. But guess what? I didn't let that stop me. Instead, I turned the tough parts into stepping stones for success.
I figured out a way to understand science and math by breaking them into smaller, easier parts. It wasn't always easy, but I didn't give up. Those challenges became the basis for my journey to success.
Now, imagine this: I'm not just a tutor; I'm someone who conquered the subjects that once seemed really hard. Science, math, and health-related courses became my friends in life, leading me to a place where I want to help you succeed.
I know what it's like, and I know we can do this together. Let's make your learning journey a story of success

🌿 About Myself
Hi, I'm Daphne — a passionate yogini, certified RYT 200 since 2016. My background is in Hatha yoga, and these days, I'm deeply immersed in the alignment-focused practice of Iyengar yoga.
I offer online/offline yoga classes that are gentle yet powerful, focusing on precision, posture, and healing.
I’m Austrian, grew up in Japan, and now live in Malta with my two young children. I speak English, German, and Japanese. Daily meditation (Triratna style) is an essential part of my life and deeply influences my teaching. I believe yoga is a journey inward, not a performance.
🌿 My Journey with Yoga
I discovered yoga not once, but twice — each time in a way that transformed my life.
🧭 The First Discovery — Yoga as a Way of Life
In my late twenties, while backpacking through North India, I found myself in Rishikesh —
not knowing it was one of the world’s most sacred places for yoga. There, I trained with inspiring teachers in Hatha and Iyengar yoga,
including Ashish Sharma. I joined a retreat at the Yoga-Gang Centre in Old Rajpur, and for the first time, truly understood yoga as more than physical movement —
it was a philosophical, mindful approach to life.
🩺 The Second Discovery — Yoga as Healing
Years later, after giving birth, I suffered from intense postnatal back pain.
I couldn’t even do basic poses. After seeing a chiropractor, I slowly returned to my mat.
With consistent Iyengar practice, within a few months, my pain was gone.
This experience showed me the therapeutic power of yoga — how it can heal and restore the body from within.

Dance & Therapy session | Transcendental EmbodimentAre you seeking for a creative and uplifting way to consciously reconnect with yourself ? Transcendental Embodiment is a dance practice that will guide you to embrace your emotions and help you to reach your true authentic self. Through meditative dances, guided imageries, and energy healing modalities.
I am here to support and guide you in your process of discovering your inner power through:
- energy alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises
- self-expression & subjective experience through dance
- expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance
- release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions
- grounding, self-care, resilience
- and more...
The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual.
*Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey.
*
As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist.
Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives.
It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path.
This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination.
* What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? *
* What is your self-achievement potentiality? *
- For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions.
- Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location.
Values: Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Cooperation
* About TE :
Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity.
(TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy. Inviting the practitioners to practice resilience, non-self definition, non-judgment, self-care and self-love, integrity, and acceptance to overcome technical, physical, and mental limits holding the practitioner from his self-achievement potentiality. This approach builds itself crescendo on subjective movement reflexivity and introspective journey through the following process:

Constanza
Hatha Yoga for Body-Mind Balance and Self-ConnectionAbout me
My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation.
In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience.
My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul.
About the course
This Hatha Yoga course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your breath as an anchor to the present moment. We'll work with postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of introspection and meditation.
Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, each class is designed to be a safe, friendly, and flexible space where you can explore your practice at your own pace.
If you're also interested in the world of water—whether through recreational diving or freediving—I also offer specific tools to improve body awareness, lung capacity, and mental serenity, which are key both in and out of the water.
✨ I invite you to discover the power of pause, silence, and conscious movement. The journey to yourself begins with a breath... and I'd love to join you. ✨

Hot Yoga (Bikram) Classes - Yin Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga - Nidra MeditationOf Belgian-Canadian origin, I have over 6 years of experience in yoga. Trained in Casablanca in Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Nidra Meditation, I now teach in Marrakech at the Fairmont Royal Palm. I enjoy guiding my students through a personalized practice that meets their needs. I integrate meditation, breathing, and movement into my classes.
Bikram is a powerful, physical yoga practice that is initially practiced in a heated room. However, all 26 postures can also be practiced in Hatha Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and restorative yoga. The postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the body achieve deep relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that combines breath and movement. It is ideal for improving flexibility and strengthening muscles.
Nidra Meditation, also called "lucid sleep yoga," is a guided meditation, an inner journey that affects the entire body.
I teach in-person and in-home private lessons in Marrakech. I also teach online.
See you soon on the mat!

I also work with individuals facing **mental health challenges** like **depression, anxiety, and burnout**, using gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breath-based practices to bring back a sense of safety, presence, and inner stability.
Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice, I tailor each session to your unique journey. Let’s work together to bring your body, mind, and soul into harmony—one breath at a time.

Yoga and somatic movement ( movement for the body and stillness for the mind)Yoga with a somatic approach is a classe where we integrate the ancient knowledge of Yoga with a more exploration and enquiry-based approach which means that there is an opportunity to truly connect with the body and let the emotions and tensions be released through conscious movement.
It helps to regulate the nervous system, develop a deep connection with yourself and life, prevent injuries and minize chronic pain.
