Yoga for children: calm, body and focus at home
From 114.77 C$ /h
Yoga and mindfulness classes for children, designed to bring order to the body and rest to the mind. It's not about "doing perfect poses." It's about learning to inhabit the body through play, attention, and calm.
Each session combines:
Conscious movement (yoga adapted to their age)
Attention and balance games
Simple breathing (to calm and focus)
Guided relaxation / brief visualization
A space to acknowledge emotions (without forcing them)
Realistic goals: improved focus, self-regulation, rest, and management of daily stress (school, changes, anxiety, overstimulation). Classes are dynamic, friendly, and structured: clear rhythm, no screens, and active participation.

About Me
I’m a yoga and mindfulness teacher focused on supporting life transitions through the body. My work is not about performance or “doing more”; it’s about returning to yourself with clarity, breath, and movement that respects your pace.
In my classes I hold a calm, grounded, and carefully guided space. I use gentle and precise sequences, real adaptations based on your energy and needs, guided breathing to regulate the nervous system, and integrative endings (deep relaxation, meditation, or a brief visualization). The aim is simple: to make your body feel like a place you can live in, and to ease the inner pressure.
I especially support women during times of change (grief, breakups, new beginnings, motherhood, perimenopause/menopause, work or home changes). If you’re dealing with stress, insomnia, persistent tension, or feeling disconnected from your center, we work with rhythm and consistency—without quick fixes.
Online 1:1 sessions. Beginner to advanced: the practice adapts to you, not the other way around.

Inneris is yoga and presence for women in transition: stages of change where the old no longer sustains and the new is still taking shape. Here, we don't train "more." We return to the body.
The sessions are gentle, precise, and tailored to your current situation. We work to regulate stress, restore stable energy, improve sleep, and navigate change with clarity, without forcing anything.
In each class we combine:
Conscious movement (adapted asana: mobility, functional strength and balance)
Guided breathing (simple pranayama to calm and center)
Mindfulness / meditation (presence, focus and silence)
Integrative closing (deep relaxation, visualization or brief ritual)
It's not about fitness or performance. It's an embodied practice to sustain a vital threshold with respect for your own rhythm.
For whom: women in transition (grief, moving, breakup, career change, motherhood, perimenopause/menopause, restarts).
Level: beginner to advanced (real adaptation).
Format: online 1:1.
