I teach mainly Vinyasa, with an emphasis on breathing and meditation. Also yin. The most important thing is that I customize the sessions and intuitively tune into what is needed on the day.

Yoga bio: Solveig is a yoga teacher, journalist and actress on a mission to heal generational trauma. She has studied psychology and biology at university level and has experience living in many different cultures. Her main yoga style is Vinyasa with an emphasis on breathing and meditation. She has also studied reiki in India. Solveig has practiced various forms of yoga on and off for the past 20 years and deepened her practice a couple of years ago as one way to cope with grief. She did her yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in Bali. Solveig encourages her students to bring their yoga practice from the mat into everyday life. Yoga is a lifestyle.

About Me
I'm a yoga teacher and also journalist, actress and youth coach originally from Sweden. I'm half-Norwegian / half-Estonian and have lived in many different countries including the U.S, U.K, France, and now Portugal. For me, yoga is really about healing.

I try to by precise and methodical, allowing the subjectivity of each one's experience to come to the surface, welcoming it and using it to explore our own reality.

Everyone is unique, with a certain life path, a specific set of desires, needs and difficulties and my goal is to help you by meeting you where you are and guiding you to where you want to go, giving you the tools to know yourself better and build a practice that works for you.

Yoga is a very broad tradition and there are multiple ways to achieve the Yoga state. By working together we can find out what works best for you and in a particular phase of your life and expand on that.
Yoga has certainly given me the foundation to relax when I feel overwhelmed, to know my body and mind and thus walk towards healing them of past traumas, and find spiritual connection and light when the world feels a little bit darker.
