We will take a different approach in this class. Since it will be a group class, we will practice Hatha style yoga. In this style I will demonstrate and instruct one pose at a time and create a series of poses based on the groups capabilities and goals.

I love to teach Yoga and I am lucky that it is my profession as well! I would love to share a complete approach to Yoga through Yoga philosophy, asana practice, and pranayam practice.
