Teaching yoga, regularly practicing, and sharing its principles is a big passion of mine since graduating as a yoga teacher back in 2012 in Washington DC.

My teaching style is smooth, comforting, and caring, with 1st priority on the client's goals. After the class, you feel recharged with deep dynamic flow (VINYASA) or fully relaxed long-held yin poses (YIN YOGA). You can experience the mind-calming benefits during MEDITATION, nourishment of touch from the elements of THAI YOGA MASSAGE, and hands-on assistance when the body asks for deeper sensations, simple modifications, or help.

If your focus is on strengthening, weight loss, and conditioning of the body, and especially IF you are fond of electronic dance music and open to shaking your hips and spinning wildly your chakras, we are definitely a great match! In this class (called BUTI YOGA) you will be guided in energetic POWER YOGA fused with cardio and HIIT (bonus: a bit of sweat guaranteed ;-).

All class types are balanced and harmonious for ANY LEVEL of yoga experience. Classes are accessible to beginners, and can also be quite challenging for regular practitioners.

I offer mini-group classes, individual and virtually online. When the weather is warm and dry, we can bring yoga outdoors in the park.

About Me
Students enjoy Liana's constant attention to breath flow, soulful hands-on assists, and grounded playful spirit.

With a decade of yoga teaching experience in the USA and corporate marketing background in Moscow, Russia, she creatively pairs together ancient yoga philosophy with socially entertaining "yoga-themed events" to make yoga accessible to everyone. Liana's biggest inspiration is to make students see that yoga is beyond a physical practice and it is an art of transformational life.

Vinyasa flow yoga is a direction that preserves the traditions of Hatha yoga, but with the use of dynamic bundles. The advantage of the dynamic approach is that the movement warms up the connective tissues enveloping the muscles, thanks to this they begin to slide better, which, in turn, allows you to increase the amplitude of movements and develop functional flexibility.
The combination of the static approach of Hatha yoga and dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga in one practice allows you to cover all muscle groups with attention, ensuring optimal muscle development and dynamics of internal processes in the body, such as lymph supply and blood supply.
Therefore, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle, at the end of a hard working day, practicing with me will be the best way to relax both body and mind. Yes, despite the fact that we will sweat a lot, at the end of the practice you will realize that yoga is exactly what your body needs to relax and relieve excess tension.
Well, if you want your day to pass energetically, and the body to retain its tone and working mood for a long time, starting the morning on the mat is the best way to show your love for the body.
And I'm not even talking about how beneficial all this will affect the state of your mind, which really wants peace and concentration on breathing ;)
