The last two years I worked next to school as a Fitness Coach in one of the biggest Gym in German the ''Fitnessland - Health and Lifestyle club''. My point of view is that with sport you can connect everyone and it is a good balance to the daily busy life we all have today. In this 45 minutes to two hours I will find out the best training strategies for you and act like a motivational coach with the knowledge of a professional personal trainer. We will train outside and going to use normal advices as park bench or old trees to strengthen our bodies and health system.

my name is Yannick and I am a german International Business student who's passion is to travel , get to know a lot about new cultures and meet friends all over the world. What could be more fun than learning a new sport?

I can teach you or your children the basic rules of volleyball, how to defend, how to attack and how to exchange the ball between the players. In no time you will start to get the hang of it and we can organize games with same-aged students for practice but also more fun.

I played volleyball for 5 years when I was a teenager, thus I can provide you with the best training.

I have several years of experience with Mindfulness practices within educational settings in order to address procrastination, stress, anxiety, and enhanced cognitive and academic performance. I have conducted Mindfulness-based interventions in education institutions in both Belgium and The Netherlands. I have also followed courses at Mindful Schools among others.

Dancing can be one of the best ways to end a day filled with stressful work and school. Dancing can help you relax and enjoy your creativity. Having fun while becoming fit could be one of the best ways to get back in shape or improve your mental health. I offer basic hip-hop, zumba, and basic stretching to improve flexibility. Combination of Dance fitness & yoga
During the class we first warm up with simple dance movements that are easy to follow. Then we raise the heart rate a little more with more active dance moves. There is no need to follow everything seamlessly; it's about moving and loosening the body. As long as the blood can flow freely: it's all about the fun!

After the dance part of the class, we grab the yoga mat to start the yoga stretches and flow movements. Here too, it is not about what the postures look like, but rather about what you feel in your body! Every person is wired differently. In addition, one day we can easily get into a stretch and another day it feels less flexible. Breathing is central during this lesson, both in the dance moves and in the yoga part.

I am a certified Pilates instructor and am qualified to give group lessons as well as private lessons. My passion for Pilates got ignited by my mother who is a Pilates trainer herself. I used to go to her classes and would always notice how no matter how I felt before a class, I always came out feeling better after. Consequently, after a while I decided that I'd love to be able to gift that feeling to others and that is when I enrolled for a Pilates teacher training course. I have not been able to find any studios near where I live that would take an English-speaking Pilates instructor, so I decided that offering online and in person classes as a freelancer might be a better path for me. This way I can also really give all my focus and attention to each of my students.
