I am from the beautiful State of Goa and have recently moved to the Netherlands. Having completed my 200 Hr yoga teacher training, I would love to share my learnings about this wonderful practise.
I am positive, fun loving and friendly. Beaches are my favourite and so is talking about health, nutrition in general. I have been making an effort to live sustainably and healthy since 2015 and so a lot of ideas and recipes to share.

Focus will be on all major muscles of the body. Moving through a planned sequence with intention and breath awareness.
