My class is all about tapping into the expansion and liberation inside yourself, to meet yourself anew, whenever you want.
Yoga starts with relaxation, only then you will be able to flow in alignment with your emotional, physical and energetical body. For that we want to connect more with our breath. We will use the medicine of breath, sound and movement to purify the body, energy and mind all the way so you can feel your power again!
I combine different styles of asanas, mostly astanga, vinyasa for a more juicy flowy practice and yin yoga for a more restorative and slow gentle approach.

And I wanna have FUN with you, thats the most important thing, to give your whole body a smile from inside out!

I'm excited to meet you:)

Namaste, dear yogis🙏🏻
I am glad to welcome you to my page. The fact that you are here is not an accident :)
For me, yoga is not just a job, it is my way of life. And that's why my main goal is for Yoga to come to you not only on the mat, but also to enter your hearts, uniting your body with your soul.
In my lessons, you will learn to feel your body, understand its needs and respect its capabilities. My lessons are flexible, so each practice will be adapted according to the capabilities of your body today.
Hatha yoga, which is a fusion of two energies of the sun (male) and the moon (female), will lead you to a balance between tension and relaxation. With regular practice, you will gain not only strength and flexibility in the body, but also the ability to relax it, which is very important in the modern world, where stress is one of the main problems of society.
Vinyasa flow yoga is a direction that preserves the traditions of Hatha yoga, but with the use of dynamic bundles. The advantage of the dynamic approach is that the movement warms up the connective tissues enveloping the muscles, thanks to this they begin to slide better, which, in turn, allows you to increase the amplitude of movements and develop functional flexibility.
The combination of the static approach of Hatha yoga and dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga in one practice allows you to cover all muscle groups with attention, ensuring optimal muscle development and dynamics of internal processes in the body, such as lymph supply and blood supply.
Therefore, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle, at the end of a hard working day, practicing with me will be the best way to relax both body and mind. Yes, despite the fact that we will sweat a lot, at the end of the practice you will realize that yoga is exactly what your body needs to relax and relieve excess tension.
Well, if you want your day to pass energetically, and the body to retain its tone and working mood for a long time, starting the morning on the mat is the best way to show your love for the body.
And I'm not even talking about how beneficial all this will affect the state of your mind, which really wants peace and concentration on breathing ;)
See you on the mat🙏🏻

Compassion is the urge to do something about the suffering of others. Just like learning to speak a language or make music, compassion is a skill, a basic capacity of the human heart that can be developed and expanded. Compassion that is responsive and wise can become an enduring habit that benefits both giver and receiver and contributes to a kinder and more just world.

CBCT® offers a comprehensive method for training compassion that draws on the ancient lojong tradition of Indo-Tibetan Buddhism and is supported by current scientific research in fields such as evolutionary biology, psychology, and neuroscience. While CBCT has its roots in Tibetan Buddhism, it was developed as a secular program, one that introduces practices that can help any individual strengthen their inner skills of the heart and mind. Compassion does not belong to any one religion or tradition. It is a capacity of the human heart and one that we can strengthen through deliberate practice.

In CBCT®, we cultivate compassion through meditation, which comes from the words bhavana in Sanskrit or gom in Tibetan, and literally translate as to cultivate or to familiarize. Meditation, thus, is about training the mind to cultivate qualities such as compassion and to familiarize ourselves with – to have intimate knowledge of – the various skills and perspectives that generate and sustain such qualities.

At this moment, you may be turning to compassion training to contribute to your own well-being, or because you want to create more trusting and harmonious relationships with friends or family. You may want to enhance your ability to focus in order to make better decisions. Perhaps you wish for a healthier culture at your place of work. You may engage in compassion training to find a path toward a more equitable and just world. What these goals have in common is one thing: flourishing. Flourishing is why any one of us will train in compassion, whether we seek it alone or together, or seek to extend it to individuals or groups. In this way, compassion training contributes to a healthier and more ethical world.
