About Me
As a yoga practitioner and an instructor, I put more emphasis on creating a pleasant interpersonal relation/vibe to make my student feel more comfortable with their practice and in their own skin to reach their desired personal goal.
With over 12 years of practicing yoga; 8 of which I also taught vinyasa flow and power yoga and a masters in sport injuries rehabs I gained good knowledge of sport injuries and limitations, which helps me build a detailed and analytical style of practice to every individual’s need and limitation of body type/ injuries.

After graduating my MBA in mew York and having practiced yoga for 5 years I worked on my yoga certificate.
After 7 years in NYC, I moved to Iran; where I did a second maters in Sport injuries and rehabilitation.
