I am an enthusiastic educator with 4 years experience in teaching and tutoring. Being a native speaker of both English and German, I can help you improve your language skills starting at any level. I hold a degree in German Literature and Philosophy from the University of Oxford and have experience tutoring both subjects. My pedagogy relies essentially on my students’ personal goals. I generally offer a free first session of around thirty to forty-five minutes to exchange with students and familiarise myself with their objectives, whether it be academic support for their schoolwork, a desire to deepen their knowledge of the subject, or simply to improve their conversation and writing skills for my language classes. In this course we will tackle the basics of philosophy from Greece to France and to Germany. We will explore areas of metaphysics, logic, empiricism, rationalism and phenomenology. While such words may sound intimidating, within a short time they will loose their incomprehensible air. This course is taught by a seasoned and qualified tutor with half a decade of formal philosophical training alongside 2 years of in person philosophical teaching alongside another 2 years of philosophical tutoring. In addition you will be benefiting from an additional 4 years of teaching students of all levels from teenagers to young adults and beyond. This course also comes from a current philosopher currently publishing first class research in the field of phenomenology and the philosophy of love. This is a remote course taught from UK time zone. I studied at a bilingual institute (Spanish-English) and I have a family from London. I have experience in private classes with various ages and different subjects: Natural Sciences, History, Music, English, Language and Literature, spoken and written Spanish, Philosophy (both in English and Spanish). I am currently studying Law. The classes will be totally focused on each student and the difficulties/qualities they present, focusing on reinforcing what has been learned. I usually follow the index of each student's textbooks as reinforcement of what they learned in class or if they have questions.
