About Me
I am a traditional yoga teacher from World Yoga Capital Rishikesh, INDIA and I am currently living and teaching in DALIAN CHINA. From a very young age, I have always enjoyed yoga and participated in a very active lifestyle.
When I first started Yoga my attraction to it was primarily physical but since then it has become both a physical and mental practice in my day-to-day life. Not only increasing flexibility, muscle strength, and tone but relieving stress, relaxing my mind, and boosting my focus.
I first discovered yoga when I am 7 years old in my school and over time I have fallen in love with it and my practice is now an energizing and enriching part of my life. I have a practice of over 4 years with a variety of different styles including traditional yoga
I completed my Six Months Certificate Course In Yoga and Medical Science From Gurukul Kangari University Haridwar Uttarakhand in 2016 then I completed my Year Post Graduation Diploma In Yoga and Medical Science from Gurukul Kangari University Haridwar in 2017. Then I completed my 200 TTC Yoga Alliance From World Peace Rishikesh, INDIA in 2018 .
I am passionate about everything to do with Health, Wellness, and Nutrition. I am currently teaching in Dailan China from 2018
