Fitness & Rehabilitation Training | Mobility, Strength & Safe Progression
From 39 C$ /h
I provide individualized fitness and rehabilitation-oriented training focused on health, physical function, mobility, strength and sustainable progress.
My approach is based on the principle that the gym should first and foremost be about health and well-being. A good physical shape is a valuable bonus, but it should not come at the expense of your health.
I work with people at different starting points, including complete beginners and people returning to physical activity after injuries or periods of reduced mobility. My experience also includes working with people with disabilities, limb amputations and knee injuries, adapting exercises to individual physical abilities and limitations.
Training can focus on:
• Mobility and movement quality
• Strength development
• Functional training
• Recovery and return to physical activity
• Adapted exercises for people with disabilities
• Training with physical limitations
• Progressive preparation after periods of inactivity
• Improving stability, coordination and movement control
• Gradual preparation for more intensive training
• Beginner fitness and safe development of physical capacity
I do not believe in rushing beginners into intense workouts. The training process starts from the person's current abilities and gradually develops strength, mobility, coordination and endurance.
Each program is adapted to the individual rather than forcing everyone to follow the same training routine. The goal is to build a sustainable relationship with physical activity and help the student become stronger and more physically capable while respecting their current condition.
My background in medical rehabilitation supports an approach focused on understanding movement, physical limitations and the process of restoring and improving musculoskeletal function.
Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to exercise after an injury, living with a disability or simply looking for a healthier and more sustainable approach to fitness, the training can be adapted to your individual needs and goals.

Extra information
No previous training experience is required. Each session is adapted to your current physical condition, abilities and goals.
If you have a disability, previous injury or specific physical limitations, please provide relevant information before the first session so that the training can be appropriately adapted.
The focus is on safe movement, mobility, strength, physical function and gradual progression. Good physical shape is a positive result, but health, well-being and sustainable progress come first.
For online sessions, please prepare a safe and sufficiently spacious area for movement and, if possible, a camera that allows the exercises to be observed clearly.

I offer personalized saxophone lessons for beginners and intermediate students who want to develop their technique, musicality and confidence on the instrument.
I am a professionally trained saxophonist and music educator with 8+ years of combined experience in music performance and education. I hold a Junior Specialist's Degree in Music with professional qualifications as an Artist and Art School Teacher specializing in orchestral wind and percussion instruments.
My lessons can cover:
• Saxophone technique and tone production
• Breathing, articulation and intonation
• Scales, exercises and technical development
• Rhythm, phrasing and musical expression
• Sight reading and repertoire
• Music theory and harmony
• Ear training
• Improvisation
• Performance preparation
• Musical interpretation
I adapt each lesson to the student's level, goals and progress. Rather than following the same program for everyone, I select appropriate exercises, repertoire and learning activities based on the student's individual needs.
Lessons combine practical playing with clear explanations of the musical concepts behind what we are doing. I also provide structured feedback to help students understand what they can improve and how to work on it.
Online lessons are available via webcam.
