About Me
Hello I am Jejimon. I come from the land of the greatest yoga gurus and this ancient practice has been part of my life since I was very young.
During my youth i dedicated myself to the study of jnana yoga ( which is the yoga of knowledge,) and Hatha Yoga. I have travelled to sacred places in india and have learned directly from the gurus the depth of the yoga practices.
Later on I started teaching meditation & yoga classes in my hometown, which is a popular yoga hub in India.
Teaching yoga and meditation brings me joy and fulfillment, every message i recieve from my students sharing the positive changes that yoga has brought into their lives is my biggest reward.
During my classes you will go from calmness to intense, experiencing focus and body awareness.
All classes includes joints and muscles warm up, meditation, breathing exercice, yoga asana and relaxation.
As the class finishes you will experience the energy balance that yoga brings in your body and mind.

Education
I have graduated from my Yoga Teacher Training program from Adishakti Yogashala here in my home town of varkala, in kerala state of INDIA. I am also a Graduate on the Degree of Geology. But my passion has always been in the path of spirituality

I have been in the path of yoga and meditation for a decade. I have learned meditation directly from the sages of Rishikesh and Tiruvannamallai. I have been practicing Hatha yoga for over 7 years.
