Perhaps you are feeling a lot of tension due to the pandemic and you need to connect with someone who can hear your concerns, the practice of breathing consciously will help you.

I've recently taken some courses based on breath work for different emotional situations in life:

About Me
My name is Micaela. I was born and raised in Costa Rica, although my origin is South American. I attended an International school throughout my life where I learned to have an open mind to cultural differences and norms.

I graduated with an IB Diploma in 2015

After I studied communications in Uruguay for one year, and afterward I came to Costa Rica to major in advertising and communication, studies which I am currently still undergoing.


When I became an English teacher (2020-2021) I had students who were in deep need of relaxation. This is when I started teaching them breathing techniques I had learned from my previous experience at an NGO which focused on breathing. I created my own variations, in breathwork and gentle yoga. I also had 2 adult students in person, both foreigners.

Now that we are at home, I would like to find new students across the globe to help with their breathwork and meditation practice.

ULACIT is a private order university. It was founded on October 21, 1987, in San Jose, Costa Rica. It now has its headquarters in Barrio Tournon and Escazu.

I assisted several Happiness Programs for ages 20 and up, as well as Art Excel courses for kids during 2016-2017.

I translated the lessons, learned the breathwork practice, assisted as teacher, and was part of the organization for one year.

During the courses,we learned the breathing techniques of AOL, which I later incorporated into my personal practices.

Besides this I have been assisting several individuals in their breathwork practice, creating my own variations, as well as teaching gentle yoga in person for 2 years.
