Having competed internationally in multiple sports and been into fitness my entire life, I can share my expertise and the lessons I have learnt from my own experience. I have been powerlifting for the last couple years with my lifts currently being: 280kg deadlift, 240kg squat, 140kg bench at 88kg at 19.
