I started my path in Yoga a few years ago and it changed my life for the better. I have started to reconnect with my soul and needs and to discover the beauty of giving class and sharing what helped me so much.
I never stop learning, training myself, and practicing. I think these are the fundamentals to be a good supporter and facilitator in classes. I always adapt the practice to the people to be as much inclusive as possible. If you can breathe you can do yoga as yoga is for everybody.
Graduated in Event management at King’s College University in London. I am a Practitioner PNL and Team Coach, and Yoga teacher and always looking for the next step as a learner.
