My prime aim is to provide non-judgmental tuition that is designed specifically for you, and from a place of safety, respect, and compassion. During the initial free consultation, we will establish your learning needs, sources and triggers of stress and anxiety, and set a starting point. I will then compile a training plan with clearly defined SMART goals, session aims, timescale, and a proposed number of sessions. Each session is one hour long; so you are in control of both pace and price. You are also in complete control of what you want to talk about and discuss. What we cover together will largely depend on your personal needs, but essentially the areas we could look at and cover could include: - Your sources and triggers of stress and anxiety - Power of positive (and negative) thinking - Coping strategies and techniques - Past history, relationships, and experiences - Traumas and childhood development - Sibling rivalry. We could factor in any of the following strategies and techniques into our tuition, where I can give you help on: - Visualization - Breathing - Mindfulness - Relaxation - Meditation (guided and unguided) - Art therapy - Journaling. Additionally, we can also incorporate lifestyle, diet, work/life balance, and other aspects of your life into the program, if you so wish. Other practices and methods you may find helpful could include: - Looking at yoga, pilates, and other fitness regimes - Chakra realignment - Energy realignment - Frequency alignment - Healing crystals and stones - Gratitude diary - Positive affirmations and reinforcement - Mood boards The techniques and methods I teach can be used by anyone of all ages and from any background. Maybe you are an individual who feels anxious about taking tests and exams, or someone feeling stressed and under pressure at work. Maybe you are a parent feeling like you cannot cope with juggling the many roles expected of you as a parent! The point is that anyone and everyone suffers from some form of stress, anxiety, and even depression at some point in their lives. The trick is how we deal with that and not let it take control of our emotional states. THAT is what we will try to cover together. You are not alone!

Whether we are aware of it or not, our unhealthy thinking patterns narrows our mental capacities and weakens our quality of life. We invite you to our course to discover these unhealthy thoughts, to real their impact on our lives and to learn to think healthier. Week1: We will explore the nature of beliefs and our belief systems. Mainly we will focus on how a belief is created and how much strength it has on your level of intelligence, problem solving and decision making. Here, you will identify and encounter your own limiting beliefs and their influences your ability to think creatively, constructively, and critically. Then, we will work on authentic tools from philosophical practices to overcome your limitations. Week2 & 3: We will talk about the common patterns of unhealthy thinking (logical errors, cognitive biases). By examining those automatic patterns one by one, we would analyze the examples from our daily life. Hence, we will make it easier for you to be aware the source of your wrong decisions and unresolved issues. Week4: We will learn the most effective philosophical practices to improve the quality of thinking and decision making. We will talk about how to implement the proven strategies of to neutralize the negative effects of mental errors and improve cognitive capacities.

Trusted teacher: I have an academic background in Political Sciences, Humanities and Music but for more than 20 years I have explored many different paths to understand human nature, the universal roots of suffering and the way to Self Realization. Western/Eastern Philosophies and Religions, Psychology, Transcultural psychology, Psychogenealogy, Neuroscience, PNL, Shadow work, Emotional Intelligence, Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Therapeutic massages, Reiki, Zen, Enneagram, Kabbalah, Hoʻoponopono, Shamanism, EFT, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Somatic Experiencing, Coaching, Sound and Voice healing, Music/Dance/Art therapy have been the main fields of my research, personal studies and practice since I was 15 years old. I am a Mental Health Counselor and Holistic Life Coach (trauma informed/body mind oriented) with extensive research on C-Ptsd, Nervous System Regulation and Collective / Trans-generational Trauma. I am also a Yoga, Meditation and Qi Qong practitioner and in my approach I use tools from talk therapy, writing therapy, art therapy and holistic disciplines. I am a Family Constellation Facilitator and I organize and facilitate Sacred Women Circles. Since 2007 I have attended a number of Gestalt Therapy programs, Family Constellation sessions and training, Psychodrama, Biodanza and other group therapy sessions with a particular focus on Women Healing Circles (group) and Women Mental Health Counselor (individual). Since I have a bi-cultural background and I grew up in different countries, I am particularly familiar with Second Generation of Immigrants mental health and social issues, especially among young women. I have studied, worked and lived in many countries and worked with children, high school and university students for more than 10 years integrating the knowledge and the skills acquired in my personal development trainings. I connect easily and deeply with people and my intuition leads me to see both their Light and their Darkness, as well as the way to overcome the fragmentation of Self. I work mainly with teenagers, young and adult women combining different tools and techniques in order to support and guide their Inner Wisdom.
