Mindfulness is an effective technique for stress management in children and adults. It seeks to train the individual how to have control over their thought life and processing emotional events in a healthy way. This refreshing class trains individuals how to control their minds from drifting back to the past or forward to the future. It provides an introductory to the useful practice of Mindfulness and how to apply it when one is in a stressful, depressed, anxious or restless state of mind. After you have completed this class, you will be able to understand how your mind works and better ways of managing your thoughts. You will also learn techniques such as meditation which will help you to reach the state of Mindfulness.

About Me
I’m a young soulful person, connected to my Higher Source. I started learning about Mindfulness after battling depression, anxiety and feeling lost and powerless in my life. I share my experiences with my students so that we may learn from each other.
I encourage a conversational style of teaching, with a back and forth dialogue between myself and the student. I am not serious at all. I make jokes and keep the environment light so that the student feels free to express their thoughts and feelings as they arise. My class is an extension of a truth that I live by, it is about sharing a lifestyle that brings more peace.
I hope to share this truth with many and may it bring the clarity of mind and peace that each individual seeks.
