The ancient practice of mindfulness - cultivating present-moment awareness - is a powerful way to manage stress, find balance, and reconnect with who we really are. Here, you can learn mindfulness in a one-to-one setting to received tailored classes and support. Josh came to mindfulness at a challenging time and found that it gave him a new sense of calm and positivity. As his interest grew he attended meditation courses, joined a Buddhist study group and helped facilitate mindfulness classes and retreats. In 2018, he completed the Zenways 100hr Mindfulness and Meditation For Health & Wellbeing Teacher Training taught by Zen Master Daizan Skinner. He has since delivered mindfulness classes at London South Bank University, Paramount Pictures, WeWork, Arup, and in the local community. We will combine meditation techniques to optimize learning and cultivate positive mental states that help us play better. David Minguillón began his musical studies on the piano at the age of 8, discovering the guitar 9 years later. Thanks to his first guitar teacher, the Brazilian Pedro Neto, he gained access to a diverse world of sounds, from blues to samba, from rock to singer-songwriters, as well as jazz and classical music. In 2001, he entered the Professional Music Conservatory of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, completing the intermediate level in 3 years (6 academic years) and obtaining a degree in classical guitar in 2010 at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias. Later, he came into contact with flamenco guitar in Granada, where he worked regularly as a soloist at the Parador de La Alhambra. Later, he moved to Holland, where he obtained a master's degree in jazz guitar and collaborated on flamenco projects with guitarists Rezar Domínguez and Jerónimo Maya. In 2015, after winning the CajaCanarias Foundation scholarship, she began her second master's degree (Contemporary Performance, Production Concentration) at the prestigious Berklee School of Music in Valencia, where she took part in numerous projects with teachers such as Víctor Mendoza, Perico Sambeat, Mariano Steimberg, Sergio Martínez, Celia Mur, among others.
