Hello, My name is Aileen, and I am currently pursuing a teacher training program at the EMS in Biel. My three mother tongues are French, English, and German. Since my studies are in French, I have deepened my grammatical knowledge of English and German, particularly thanks to my regular stays in German-speaking Switzerland, Germany, and America. For over three years, I have been teaching primarily in the Jura region, mostly to children under 15. I have a certificated C1-level in both English and German and i'm a native Spanish speaker. I've been tutoring kids from all ages (6 - 17 years old) these past 3 years, so I'm already experienced in this area. What I find specially important to mention is I will always speak in the language the class is about unless the level is really basic of course. In order for the student to learn as efficiently as possible, homework exercises will be given after each lesson, mostly on writing and reading, since learning a language requires tenacity. I also recommend parents to make their kids watch tv in the language they're learning.
