Violin and viola lessons for: Beginners Intermediate Advanced Children Adults – of all ages At the center of my teaching philosophy is musical inspiration: finding music, exercises and methods that inspire you to practice. To find ways to make practicing and playing the violin feel effortless and most importantly, fun! In our lessons, I will find out what interests you and find ways to base the lesson on what you want and need. The best kind of practice is a little (almost) every day. Let's find a way to make this happen while still having fun. Once we have the inspiration, we will work on the details. I am a professional and international violinist. I have a degree in education and 19 years of experience teaching violin. I have taught violin in various contexts: conservatories, schools, summer schools and of course private lessons. In 2020, I developed my own method of teaching by ear and this is what I studied for my master's degree in musicology. I taught at the Rennes and Châtenay-Malabry Conservatories. This summer, I will teach in three summer schools: EBR internship in Rennes; Scottish Whispers Stage in Rennes and the European String Teacher's Association Stage in England. I also plan to complete the State Diploma here in France. I have the possibility for new students to join me from September 18th. I am available Mondays and Tuesdays.

Thanks to my already completed studies (career and master's degree in viola performance), my classes are focused on learning and developing musical teachings related to the interpretation of these instruments and music theory. Intended for both beginners and students or support classes. After my 18 years of studies, I try to give my classes in the easiest and most fun way, looking for maximum efficiency. Do not hesitate to ask any questions.

I have performed as an aerial violinist with Cirque Musica and onstage bluegrass fiddler at New London Barn Playhouse. Although I am young, I have a lot of experience as a teacher in Spain, Austria and Switzerland. For me, the main objective when playing an instrument is to feel good physically and mentally and for this, I put a lot of emphasis on body position and the pleasure of making music. I have experience in the world of psychology within musical performance, coaching and mindfulness and I truly believe that this is something decisive in the study of an instrument .
