I learned about cosmic energy and the Law of Attraction around 10 years ago, and have heard and seen the impact that loving what you have, and the power of gratitude can do for your own self worth. In this session I can go over my learnings, and introduce some of the Law of Attraction Practitioner work that is of interest to many students who want to learn more about the LOA! In 2012 i had no money and was sent to work in Ireland for a few days with my work, knowing I had cars booked, hotels booked, meals booked in the hotel, I didnt need cash - but I was nervous about the trip, and when I arrived in Cork, I drove to the site I was meeting other renewable energy professionals. I was first at the conference centre, and noticed there was a small cafe/bar adjacent - so I went over to talk to the cafe worker and was asked if I would like anything- so I said 'Yes, please, a latte would be lovely' and I strolled off while the coffee was made for me. It was only then that I realised ' I have no money'... how could I pay for the coffee... I let my mind drift to a book I had been reading on the plane journey that morning; how affirmations can be as simple as manifesting the smallest thing to come to be; ' I am so happy and grateful that I have been provided with this free coffee'... 'Im so sorry' I said to the cafe worker; ' I haven't any pounds or euros! Just cancel that order.' 'Thats fine' she replied, 'as we have been asked to provide teas and coffees for everyone as part of the conference. Believe to receive! This was my introduction, and that whole journey to Ireland opened my eyes and mind, to the power of LOA. I look forward to sharing with you some background, some stories and some key learnings to practice LOA - from health to relationships, hobbies and work to being financially rewarded - all while introducing you to 'Nothing Soup' the book I wrote to help me to understand how cosmic energy works in our lives.

Embark on a systematised approach of learning yoga philosophy. Yoga can be a confusing subject to understand with a lot of disinformation fully. You will learn the historical understanding of yoga and modern concepts that will help you better understand and digest this rich philosophy and culture. You can explore The Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita, The four main yoga (Bhakti - love and devotion, Karma - action, Jnana - wisdom, Raja - meditation), the essence of the Upanishads and the beginnings of Hatha yoga. As you progress you can explore the nature of Reality, Consciousness, and the meaning of life all from two main philosophical schools of thought. Samkhya and Vedanta.

Over the course of my college career I was devoted to learning about how religion manifests within Asia. So many things seem to be philosophies rather than religions- is there a difference? Let us learn about it together! I have taken over 10 religious studies courses of my own volition, and have tutored religious studies to several college students after gaining my degree. I can break Hinduism down- what is atman? Who are the gods? Are there several sects? Who was important to the movement of religious tolerance in India? How has this affected the development of the country? I can explain the spread of Buddhism as well as the messages behind it. I plan to explain the story of Siddhartha and how it caused a ripple effect. Taoism, Shintoism, Islam and folklore will be delved into. The growth of Christianity within Korea, and China may also be explored if the student finds interest in the topic. My main concern is to explain religions across Japan, Korea, China, and India, but that is not to say that the religions have not touched the entire world. This is through the lens of Asia, but it can be applied to understand religious growth within the U.S. as well. No question is too small, let us conquer one of the hardest concepts together!

Yoga for All Levels is be a blend of asana, philosophy, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) that will assist in the alignment of your body, mind, and spirit. Classes depend on the number of individuals present as well as the unique needs, desires, and goals of participants. We are all encouraged to turn inward to hear what our body and soul is messaging to us, through conscious breathing and movement we can rerun to our natural state of calm.

Religious Studies is a very important and relevant subject that is often overlooked even though I believe everyone should have a basic understanding of the world's religions as religion has such a significant effect on how the world is run and affects how people act and behave so a core understanding of this can be hugely beneficial for children seeking to learn about the world. I will be providing a basic knowledge of what the major religions are, what they believe, and how these beliefs play into the real world.

My approach is relaxed but tailored to your needs/weaknesses (we can discuss this early on so we can move forward and work on improving your understanding in these areas). I am, like many students, not a fan of simply reading pages and pages of information, hence why I like to discuss concepts, theories, etc. (making it easier for students to remember information ... the information is also easier to digest this way!). Studying sociology may be a bit daunting at first with the introduction of new keywords and theories, but I am here to try and help ease that process of beginning to study Sociology and to also create an environment for you to openly discuss and air thoughts about the topics in conversation and Sociology in general.

I am a teacher in the 6th semester. My subjects are German and Catholic theology for the high school. Due to the numerous pupils with whom I have learned together, I have gained some experience in the area of tutoring.

Religious studies is an important reference point for developing ones sense of self in order to greater understand and relate to others in the world around us. Depending on the students needs and preferences we can study a range of exam content and learn how to effectively answer questions, or we can openly explore theological and religious based questions and concepts. My expertise is within Christian and Hindu teachings and we will explore a range of “big life questions”, philosophy and ethics teachings and learn how to apply these lessons to everyday life.

It seeks to train the individual how to have control over their thought life and processing emotional events in a healthy way. This refreshing class trains individuals how to control their minds from drifting back to the past or forward to the future. It provides an introductory to the useful practice of Mindfulness and how to apply it when one is in a stressful, depressed, anxious or restless state of mind. After you have completed this class, you will be able to understand how your mind works and better ways of managing your thoughts. You will also learn techniques such as meditation which will help you to reach the state of Mindfulness.
