Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance 300 hours, I also trained with the APOR De Gasquet method to teach pre and post natal yoga.
APOR De Gasquet means "Posturo Respiratory Approach" in French or I can translate into English as "Postural and Respiratory Approach", this method was created by Doctor Bernadette De Gasquet to help future mothers and young mothers feel better, in good shape during and after pregnancy.
In prenatal classes, I will teach you the technique of abdominal breathing with engagement of the perineum which helps maintain the perineum in good condition and prevent problems with descent of the uterus or other organs. I will also teach you postures that help stretch your body, create spaces as the baby takes up more and more space inside you, and that can help relieve back pain or any other pain that may occur during birth. pregnancy due to hormonal changes. Finally, you will learn to manage your daily efforts to avoid getting tired.
In postnatal classes, you will also work on breathing techniques with engagement of the perineum which is always important. I will show you exercises to tone your muscles, especially the abdominal muscles.
And of course, I will prepare courses adapted to your other specific needs.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.
I can teach in French or English.

Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance 500 hours of which i had 200 hours of training in Yin Yoga with different teachers of which Michelle Finch who learnt Yin Yoga directly from Paul Grilley.
Yin yoga adresses the more yin part of our body, parts that are closest to our core (such as bones, joints, ligaments and tendons). These parts need to be worked in a yin way with an attitude of quiet acceptance. So poses in yin yoga are always holded for a long time (average 4 to 6 minutes). This helps to maintain the health of connective issues.
Yin yoga also works on our meridiens and thus help with increasing the flow of energy in our body.
Last but not least, it helps balance the Yin Yang aspects of ourselves and develop a mindful state for meditation practice.
I'll take care of preparing classes that reponse to your specific needs.

Are you seeking for a creative and uplifting way to consciously reconnect with yourself ? Transcendental Dance® is a practice that will guide you to embrace your emotions and help you to reach your true authentic self. Through meditative dances, guided imageries, and energy healing modalities.

As a body-mind-soul coach, and professional dancer, I'm here to support and guide you in your process of discovering your inner power through:
- energy alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises
- self-expression & subjective experience through dance
- expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance
- release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions
- grounding, self-care, resilience
- and more...

Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey.

*

Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives.
It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path.

It is a safe space to open yourself, to release the fear of judgment and limiting beliefs that keep you confined to an outdated version of yourself, preventing you from becoming who you are truly meant to be and from sharing your light with the world.

This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination.
What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? What is your self-achievement potentiality?

* For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions.
* Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location.

The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual.

* More about the story behind this practice:
Transcendental Dance® originated as a personal movement practice and was later deepened through a university thesis at Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1), alongside ongoing lectures on sacred and healing dance.
It is grounded in a phenomenological inquiry into the spiritualization of dance today, often referred to as sacred dance and its therapeutic and inclusive dimensions. The research explores the metaphysical unity between the tangible body, understood as the material vehicle, and the intangible bodies (psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual).
At its core lies embodied phenomenology: the study of pre-motor movement and the energetic movement of consciousness that precedes physical gesture, revealing the adhesion of the invisible to the visible. This approach does not advocate an escape from the body in order to transcend; rather, it affirms that there is no ascension without descent, and that transcendence is accomplished through full incarnation.
Transcendental Dance® thus proposes a post-dualistic vision uniting body, soul, and spirit, integrating human existence within both natural and spiritual cycles, and unfolding as a practice of embodied spirituality, a dancing prayer, and a conscious methodology for personal transformation.

Yoga is a great help for any difficulty encountered in existence. It regulates the body, the mood, allows to circulate the energy, to release the negative energies. It is a formidable tool at the service of health, physical and mental well-being and self-knowledge.

The harmony of body and mind taught at home with gentleness and kindness. I accompany you in your Yoga practice thanks to private lessons, tailor-made according to your needs / desires.

Classes (alone or in small groups) can take place:
- at your house
- outdoors if the weather permits
- by webcam

Example of a one-hour private lesson:
- Meeting, discussion on your expectations, your needs
- Breathing (pranayama), and relaxation to reconnect with your body and anchor yourself in the present moment (5 min)
- Warm-up - Gentle stretch and sun salutations. (10 minutes)
- Sequence of postures (asanas) according to your level and the type of yoga chosen (40 min)
In Hatha, the sequences are softer, with moments of
relaxation.
In Ashtanga Vinyasa, we try to be in a flow, a movement
perpetual fixed on the breath.
- Final relaxation to integrate the benefits of the practice, and reconnect one last time to your breath and your body before closing the practice. (5 min)

In a group, the course is built in the same way, but taking into account the level of each one.

Number of sessions recommended: 1 to 3 sessions to discover, 5 to 6 to start feeling the benefits of yoga.

The most beneficial is long-term follow-up, one class per week or every two weeks, for faster results on your body and mind. Regular monitoring allows me to even better guide you in the development of your practice.

This course is intended for beginners as well as for people who have already practiced yoga. The pedagogy that I propose takes into account the possibilities of each one. Anyone can do yoga, at all ages, whether you are a man or a woman, and regardless of your physical condition. No need to be flexible or a super athletic (believe me, when I started yoga I was so stiff that I didn't touch the ground with my hands while leaning forward)!

Yoga is not about performance. It allows you to find a beautiful body / mind harmony, to improve posture, to soften and strengthen the muscles, to release tension. We work according to the possibilities of our own body at the time of the practice.

Through the practice of asanas (yoga postures), we will go together on the path of physical well-being, and towards better control of the mind.
