I am a yoga teacher from Northern India. I teach Hatha yoga, Sivananda, kriyas (inner cleaning of the body), pranayama (breath control) and Dhyana (active and passive meditation) and mantra chanting. I run 200 hours teacher training courses in India since 4 years in my school in Goa Ek Omkar Yoga.
