About Me
I grew up in a Kundalini Yoga community, but in recent years my interests have also expanded into the moving form of yoga. I love to discover the effect of mindful movement together with my students and to bring more energy, balance, strength or relaxation into a stressful everyday life using methods that are thousands of years old.

I completed my yoga training at Sampoorna Yoga (Goa, India) and also have years of experience with individual lessons and workshops, mostly in the literary field.

My passion for yoga, coupled with my musical background, allows me to create unique and inspiring yoga classes. My academic career includes a Master's degree in Musicology with a specialization in Music Education, as well as various Bachelor's degrees in Classical Piano, Opera Singing, Music Composition, and Theory.
