A private class is recommended for everyone – if you are new to yoga or already advanced, a private lesson can help to build the yoga basics and deepen the practice. It allows to focus on the individual student by offering adapted asanas and postures and to respond to wishes regarding the yoga and meditation practice.

Yoga (re-)connects the body, mind and soul. It is as important for your mind and heart as it is for your (physical) body. Through physical exercises (asanas) combined with synchronized breathing (pranayama) a good basis for the yoga practice is created.

The classes can take place at my home (10 minutes walk from Leuven train station) or at the student's home.
In the introductory session we will look at your intention, background and needs. We will create a plan for regular yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life. Your wishes and goals are the primary focus.

I am a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher (RYS 250 hours) and have been practicing yoga for about 10 years. I first came in contact with hatha yoga as a teenager. During this time it helped me a lot deal with stress and fear. And to this day, my regular practice still adds more balance, openness and ease to my life. So it doesn’t matter how old you are or what your background is: Yoga is for everyone!

About Me
I am a certified yoga teacher (RYS 250 hours). I first came in touch with yoga when I was 17 years old, where it helped me immensely to cope with stress in high school. In the following years yoga became an increasingly important part of my life and the desire to pass on my knowledge of yoga and become a yoga teacher was born. So I completed a two-year teacher training at Ashtanga Vienna, where I received the certificate in 2020. I have been passionately teaching both individual and group classes since 2019. And here I am now, offering you private classes!

If you are sometimes unsure about performing the asanas and you like to learn.

In 2024, I successfully completed my Yoga Alliance training in Vienna, further refining my skills as a yoga teacher. For the past year, I have been teaching yoga privately to adults, gaining valuable experience in imparting yoga practices.

My passion for yoga, coupled with my musical background, allows me to create unique and inspiring yoga classes. My academic career includes a Master's degree in Musicology with a specialization in Music Education, as well as various Bachelor's degrees in Classical Piano, Opera Singing, Music Composition, and Theory. As a flutist and passionate kirtan singer, I bring a special musical touch to the yoga practice. A special advantage is my ability to teach yoga primarily in English and Greek.
