Classes can be private or group and are taught in both English and Spanish. I offer in-person and online classes. Please check the price for group classes as they are different from private sessions.

About Me
Hello! My name is Lore, I have been a yoga teacher for over three years. I trained and worked in the United Kingdom where I am currently continuing my training in Therapeutic Yoga. After five years away, I have decided to return to my homeland, Valencia, to offer people all the benefits of this practice.

I use yoga as a tool to help those who need it to improve physical or emotional conditions that affect their daily lives.

In my free time I love walking and being in contact with nature, as well as always enjoying a good coffee or mate while reading a book. I try to transmit the same peace I feel in those moments to my students, as well as teaching them emotional regulation techniques that I myself apply in my daily life.
Education
I have 200 hours of training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as 100 hours of training in Yin yoga and restorative yoga.

I have also trained in trauma-focused yoga and am currently taking a new 600+ hour Therapeutic Yoga course in London through The Minded Institute.
Experience / Qualifications
Since 2021 I have been teaching yoga both in person and online. I started in the capital of Scotland, Edinburgh, where I was based both in studios (Meadowlark Yoga, Yellow Bamboo) and in sports centres in the city (Edinburgh Leisure) as well as teaching corporate yoga for large companies in the city such as Skyscanner.

In addition, since 2024 I also give my own private online and in-person classes where I attend weekly groups of between 8 and 10 people as well as 1:1 sessions where we work on more specific problems of the person.
