I trained as a pianist from the age of 5 and then as an opera singer, I discovered opera and fell in love with it!

I decided to settle in Italy, the cradle of singing, and graduated with a Master's degree from the Florence Conservatory. I then secured soloist contracts in various opera houses across Europe, including the Teatro Verdi (Florence) and Teatro Pavarotti (Modena) in Italy, the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium and the Seville Opera House in Spain, the Sofia National Opera (Bulgaria), and others.

In parallel, I am training to be a stage director; I have worked in particular at the Paris National Opera and the Madrid Opera.

I had the pleasure of accompanying my students in preparing for their auditions for the Maîtrise de l'Opéra comique, the Conservatoire national de Lyon, the Berlin Opera etc... They succeeded!

Holding a Master's degree in singing from the Florence Conservatory and a piano prize from the Paris Conservatory**, I perform as a solo singer on prestigious stages in Europe, notably at the Florence Opera, the Sofia National Opera and the Teatro Pavarotti in Modena.

I also work as a stage director at the Paris National Opera, the Teatro Real in Madrid and the Berlin State Opera.

I am a professional lyric soprano graduated from the CNSM of Lyon.
I participate in productions with the Concert d'Astrée, the Choir of Namur, Accentus, the Opéra National de Lorraine, Choir de la Chapelle Harmonique. I am also on the lists of the Montpellier Opera, Concert Spirituel, Ensemble Correspondances and Radio France choir.
I have just finished a production of Haydn's Die Schöpfung at the Opéra National de Lorraine last January-February, conducted by Marta Gardolinska (Guillaume Fauchère choir director), directed by Kevin Barz.

I sang solo and in chorus the role of the Trojan woman in Campra's Idomenée in 2021 at the Lille Opera and the Berlin Staatsoper, staging of the fura dels baus,
I also sang the solo of Campra's Requiem at the philharmonies of Luxembourg, Lille, Essen Cologne and Berlin with the Concert d'Astrée in 2019 directed by Emmanuelle Haïm.

In 2019, I participated in the production of Les Indes Galantes by Rameau with the Namur Choir at the Opera Bastille, directed by Leonardo Garcia Alarcon and directed by Clement Cogitore. As an opera singer, I have had the opportunity to perform on international stages while continuing to teach, which is a true vocation for me.

In vocal pedagogy, I believe that each student is the bearer of a unique instrument: their voice. This is why it is essential to adapt teaching and methodological tools to the individuality of each student. This approach allows me to conduct my classes in a variety of ways, choosing the most relevant vocal exercises or repertoire pieces to reveal the individual potential of each voice.

My technique is based on:

Katherine has been vocally trained in contemporary for 25 years and studied classical voice for three years. After developing Muscular Tension Dysphonia in 2010 and not singing for almost two years, she overcame this vocal disorder after working with some of the best voice and voice rehabilitation specialists in the UK. This experience further motivated her interest in teaching the following to her students in contemporary voice* using knowledge and training gained by renowned vocal coaches, ENTs and voice rehabilitation specialists:

You play a song excerpt.

Once all the individual coaching sessions are finished, everyone plays their song a second time and we observe everyone's progress :)

With the following objectives:
- To meet interesting people (other private tutoring students).
- To experience a moment together, in a caring and educational environment.
- Discovering the stage and learning how to inhabit it in front of an audience (posture, attitude, energy, grounding, self-confidence, etc.)
