Yoga is a way of life and not just an exercise. My classes are taught in a very balanced way where you will learn pranayama(breathing exercises), asanas(poses), meditation or shavasana(relaxation). I love teaching and guiding beginners who are too shy to go to a gym or studio as I understand that yoga is not just about getting into bendy positions and for those of you who have been doing yoga for a while, I will be able to help you to further your practice. For those who have injuries and would like to try yoga at your own pace,I will be able to help too.

About Me
I grew up in a very sporty household where exercise was a no bargain routine.I was informally trained to teach aerobics and step aerobics at the age of 23 by my fitness instructor mum. We then ventured into yoga 2 years after. Since then, I have been teaching in a number of resorts and hotels. I have the ability to help those who are new or who have limited mobility, but on the other hand those who have lots of yoga experience enjoy my classes too. Students appreciate that they never feel pressured to try a certain form and to achieve perfection in my classes as I teach them to understand and accept their physical and mental limitations by leaving their ego aside. With more than 10 years of experience, I am prepared to share my knowledge and experience online with others. You just need a mat and household items sans fancy yoga aids.
