I have been out in the world since the age of 6. I have come across all kinds of experiences and learning for 25 years. It's an encouraging journey when you walk alone and make a positive change by yourself. The world can be a big family. At age 13, I lost my mother and was in the world by myself. My father got married again. Things changed. But I carried myself in a positive direction. I mean why give up? Here I am from the countryside boy to the big city man in Mumbai for the past 11 years by myself. I am proud of making decisions and sharing positive vibrations in my surroundings. And I am passionate about teaching and making a difference in society. I have a creative style of teaching which will not bore you but at the end of the sessions, you will be energised, refreshing & grateful for the experience. I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach.
