Bachelor Degree, IGBA Pro, BLS/AED, AFF, Plyometrics. I have studied in Italy and know 5 languages fluently, which helps me to efficiently coach to many different people.
Experience / Qualifications
I am a Marathon, Hyrox, Spartan Race and Calisthenics professional athlete. With lifelong experience in sports I offer to ultimate hybrid protocol.
