I have practiced and studied yoga for 20 years, accompanied by a chiropractor. Within all different yoga styles, there are goodies, I have picked out the juicy parts and left the rest behind, you can't love them all ;)
Two years ago I underwent surgery and radiation for breast cancer twice, and that really messed up my lymphatic system, my mental health, and my physical body. Luckily enough I knew Yoga. I recovered surprisingly quickly in a way that made my doctors wonder. Yoga as a form of different exercises has helped me get back to the physical and balanced form I want to be in, my mission is to help YOU in the same way.
I love to invite you to think of yoga in a different way. My vision is to weave together the different parts of yoga and as a personal trainer give my clients the tools needed to be able to train out of their condition. I focus on anatomical and physiological conditions, bodily awareness, mental presence, the breath, and of cause 100% at YOU.

Chiroyoga - my yoga is a model developed by a chiropractor (30 years in the business) and me (20 years practicing yoga) based on our competence and experiences from our self and thousands of our clients during the years. I am educated in 200h Hatha yoga, 300h Hatha yoga, 100h Yoga Personal training, 50h Yoga Medicine, 50h Yoga Nidra, 50h Yin yoga - All certified by Yoga Alliance.

Chiroyoga is based on each person's anatomical and physiological conditions. The basic principle is to increase awareness of one's body in order to be able to train correctly based on one's own conditions and needs.

Chiroyoga is a personal form of exercise adapted for you who have or have had problems with injuries, breast cancer, and lower back pain. In Chiroyoga, we modify and adapt the yoga positions to each person's unique body constitution and function.
