My name is Nadia, and I am from Italy. I have lived in several countries, including Germany, Spain, and Costa Rica.

While working in Berlin, I started practising yoga, and it was love at first sight.
Since then, I have continued learning and practising every day.

After my father’s passing, I felt it was time for a change in my life. I knew that yoga had to be a part of it, but I also wanted to share it with others.

Yoga has transformed me and changed the way I live. I am a very empathetic person, and in my classes, you will feel cared for and experience a deep sense of well-being and peace of mind, even in remote sessions.

My mission to connect with and heal people also led me to become a REIKI Master, certified by the Academy of Holistic Arts of the "City of Light" in Italy.
