I am a very easy going and friendly teacher my methodology of teaching yoga is quite simple and easy. I always start from the very basic and take it to the advance level. I help my students overcome the stress, anxiety, panic attacks. Another great problem is obesity which can be tackled very easily with the help of yoga.
