Vinyasa Yoga for flow and vitality—linking breath with movement to energize and awaken the body.
Yin Yoga for deep release and stillness—holding poses for longer periods to access the connective tissues and calm the nervous system.
Restorative Yoga for rest and recovery—using props to support the body in gentle poses that invite deep relaxation.
Pranayama (Breathwork) to regulate energy, reduce stress, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
.
Whether you're feeling depleted and in need of rest, or energized and ready to move, each session is adapted to support your current state. You’re welcome to join me in my space, or I can come to yours—whatever feels most comfortable.
This is your time to explore, restore, and reconnect—with guidance that’s gentle, intuitive, and grounded in over a decade of experience.

About Me
A Journey to the Mat
For me, yoga began as a lifeline during a period of deep anxiety and depression. The passing of my beloved grandmother, who was a mother to me, sent me into a spiral of grief that felt impossible to navigate. My world had become small and suffocating. I didn't have a father to begin with, and my mother abandoned me when I was 6 months old. It was on the mat that I finally found space to breathe. The practice of yoga was a revelation; it wasn't just about movement, but about connection—to my body, my breath, and a sense of inner peace I thought I had lost forever.
What started as a way to cope became a transformative journey. Through the physical poses and mindful breathing, I began to heal, piece by piece. My practice taught me to be present, to listen to my body, and to find strength in vulnerability. This profound shift inspired me to share the practice that changed my life. Now 36, I am a certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping others find their own path to wellness.
I live on the beautiful coast of the Netherlands with my loving boyfriend and my wonderful 15-year-old son. My personal experience has given me a deep appreciation for the healing power of yoga, and I am passionate about making it accessible to everyone. Whether you're seeking to de-stress in a private session or bring mindfulness to your workplace, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore, heal, and connect. I teach a variety of yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Slow Flow.
And am here to meet you wherever you are on your journey, just as yoga met me on mine.
