I studied for 1 year in Prague, coaching, nutrition, physiology, psychology, and many other sports related to sports and it allowed me acquiring a new approach to coaching and sport in general.

I'm practicing CrossFit, running and yoga mainly, and I love outdoor sports, especially hiking (being born in the Pyrenees, it helps! )
