My approach to teaching is very open. I want my students to decide what is their goal (taking exams or playing just for fun etc) and I tailor my teaching methods to each student individually.
My main interest in teaching is to inspire people and show how music can affect and change their lives.

My name is Julia, I started playing the piano when I was 8 and I am a this year graduate with honours of a Polish 12-year music school with the specialisation in piano, therefore I got a Polish Professional Title- Musician.
Throughout the years I took part and won prizes in many piano competitions in Poland and abroad.

When I was 14 I started a band with my friends and discovered my great passion for composition; since then we've signed a contract with a label, released an album and played about 300 concerts in Europe and this autumn we also have a tour planned.

I grew up surrounded by music and gained the industry experience at a very young age. My mom introduced me to Opera music and folklore, I personally love Scandinavian folk and acoustic.

I am currently a student of Film Composition in London College of Music and I'd love to share my piano and music theory experience with others :)

I teach all styles of music from classical and jazz to pop and rock. I teach chords, lead guitar, songs, improvisation, music theory and much more. My lessons are tailored for my students. I have been playing the violin and piano for over 20 years now, graduating in 2015 from the Royal College of Music with a first-class bachelor's degree in violin performance, and have recently started an Advanced Diploma in Performance at the Royal Academy of Music. I have performed extensively all over the UK as a soloist, most notably as a strings finalist on BBC young musician of the year, and at the Battle Proms concert series to audiences of up to 12,000.

I started officially teaching at 17, coaching local teachers more advanced students. From there I became Professor Berent Korfker's private assistant at 18, teaching his younger students from the Purcell School and alike. Being able to work with such talented students was extremely inspiring and excited me to start my own class with complete beginners on both violin and piano. I now have a hugely mixed class in both ability and age (4 to over 50!) with a 100% pass rate in their exams.

My approach has always depended on the student's age, ability, and character. For younger students, I incorporate games, with them often wondering how the lessons finished so quickly! I like to create a fun environment for musical development where questions are encouraged, and all students are taught how to teach themselves and apply techniques learned in the lesson to the practice room.

I lived and worked in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and since 2012 I made

I have also founded "The Geminiani Project" of which I am
the director and the leader of the Camerata Geminiani, ensemble that has been invited to
perform in England, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Denmark, and Sweden.
At the same time I have established my ensemble, I have also launched the Geminiani
Youth Orchestra (formed by young musicians aged 6 to 17 years old) as I believe in the
