Hi! I'm Martina, a passionate volleyball player from Barcelona with 8 years of competitive experience.

During my volleyball journey, I played for FC Barcelona (Barça) in the highest youth team, represented the Barcelona regional selection, trained with the Catalonia regional selection, competed in two Spanish Championships and four Spanish Cups, and took part in several international tournaments.

Volleyball has been a huge part of my life, and I'd love to share everything I've learned with other players. My goal is to help you improve your technique, build confidence and enjoy the sport, whether you're a complete beginner or already have experience.

Every player is different, so I tailor each training session to your goals, age and current level. Whether you're just starting volleyball or looking to improve specific skills, we'll work together on the areas that matter most to you.

I can help you improve your serving, passing, attacking, blocking, footwork, positioning and overall confidence on the court. As a middle blocker with several years of competitive experience, I know how important good technique and game awareness are.

I offer one-to-one sessions as well as training for pairs or small groups. I can travel anywhere in The Hague, and sessions are available in English or Spanish.

The last two years I worked next to school as a Fitness Coach in one of the biggest Gym in German the ''Fitnessland - Health and Lifestyle club''. My point of view is that with sport you can connect everyone and it is a good balance to the daily busy life we all have today. In this 45 minutes to two hours I will find out the best training strategies for you and act like a motivational coach with the knowledge of a professional personal trainer. We will train outside and going to use normal advices as park bench or old trees to strengthen our bodies and health system.

Do-in Yoga has its origin in Japan; we combine 'makko ho' stretches with Qi Gong (breathing) exercises, tapping the meridians (energy pathways in the body) and short meditation.

You'll learn how to take care of your body and also what stretches have a certain effect on different functions in the body.

I am a graduate pharmacist, with solid experience in nutrition, training, and personalizing fitness programs to meet your goals.

TFY is a set of 28 exercises that train all 57 (+tongue) head muscles. We use the power of facial and cranial muscles to bring circulation to the endocrine glands in our head. This is important, because they regulate many bodily functions like growth, sexual/reproductive functions, other glands in the body and organs. When you lift and fill out the muscles of your face, you also smooth the wrinkles, obtain full cheeks, lift the mouth corners and sculpt your face.

When we add to the facial exercise conscious breathing and contraction of pelvic floor muscles, we get an exercise that activates the whole body.

This workout will give you focus, more energy, clear your mind, rejuvenate you and regulate your endocrine system. On the outside it will open your eyes, lift your face and open it.

I am a certified Pilates instructor and am qualified to give group lessons as well as private lessons. My passion for Pilates got ignited by my mother who is a Pilates trainer herself. I used to go to her classes and would always notice how no matter how I felt before a class, I always came out feeling better after. Consequently, after a while I decided that I'd love to be able to gift that feeling to others and that is when I enrolled for a Pilates teacher training course. I have not been able to find any studios near where I live that would take an English-speaking Pilates instructor, so I decided that offering online and in person classes as a freelancer might be a better path for me. This way I can also really give all my focus and attention to each of my students.
