Like a lot of people, I used to work 9-6 in an office in the luxury retail industry. Day in day out in the busy city of Hong Kong, same routine over and over again. Stress was not getting any less and burden was not getting any lighter. I started questioning myself -

I started practicing yoga since 2012. When I first started, it was certainly not my favourite. I was always very impatient, fast-paced, easily stressed and agitated; so yoga for me was too calm, too slow and too still.
